Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We tested a number social media suite platform that can cater [to] our agency and client needs. In terms of pricing, Zoho Social is incredibly affordable with its range of solutions available. Reporting has never been laid out easily to explain to our clients who have absolutely no idea what is going on with social media. The way Zoho Social separates the brand profiles is extremely helpful as my team can stay focused on their own clients' content to work on. Team efforts are centralized without the need to see multiple documents just to create and approve content. What we love the best is SmartQ whereby it eliminates the work of figuring out the best day and time to post, though it is only available for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. If this can be expanded to cover LinkedIn as well, it would be terrific.

Yes

Did Zoho Social live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Zoho Social go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Zoho Social again?

Yes

Overall, it helped the team to save the time and cost to manage multiple clients' social media platforms. It's also easy to digest the data that is provided by the reporting dashboard to churn insights for the clients. It's also capable to limit a user within a brand or certain platforms within XX number of brands, depending on your requirements.
For the time being, I have never contacted Zoho Social support, so there's no comment to this.
If you are a company that produces multiple SKU/brands and you market it separately, it's best to use Zoho Social as you can monitor it separately. Price is worth it for agency use as well. I cannot say if this is best suited for a company with single branding or owns less than 2 social media platform but one can always test it out to see if it suits their use or not.

Yes - The mobile interface is easy to view and pleasant to the eye. At a glance, you'd know your engagement rate for the time period. It is also very easy to switch between brands. There's a feature that enables video to be auto-compressed if you are posting directly from mobile.

Security can be better implemented to enable two-factor authentication to let users have an ease of the mind.
