Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho Social to manage all our social media sites and give us analytical reports. We use it in our marketing department and also in our planning to know what affects our brand the most. It helps us to fast-track our posting to multiple channels all at once. More importantly, Zoho Social gives us beautiful reports which help us with sponsorship, help our marketing team and help us to identify areas of weakness so we can shape up. Zoho Social is simply amazing at its price point.

I have used both Hootsuite and Buffer before switching over to Zoho [Social]. Zoho [Social] greatly outclasses these other platforms in my opinion in terms of how user-friendly it is, pricing, and, of course, the results. Hootsuite was just bad and kept pressuring you to upgrade and it did not offer anything more after you did. Buffer was a lot better than Hootsuite and segmented its social media management from its analytics forcing you to pay for both. Zoho [Social] made everything easy.
