Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use it to monitor our social media platforms and to post on them as well. We use it to monitor all social media interaction, post likes, comments, views, etc. It is a great platform and allows us to cross post and be more on top of what is going on with the platforms without logging into each one individually. We are enjoying the program so far.
  • Post scheduling.
  • Cross posting on platforms.
  • Monitoring interaction on posts.
  • Would like to be able to track clicks to sales.
  • Would like to be able to tag products on Instagram through app and you cannot.
  • So far it has been great being able to schedule posts.
  • Cross posting has been a big time saver for us.
Sprout is very expensive for what it offers, it could be a great product, but it doesn't offer much more than Zoho does and it is actually harder to use.

I really like the product. There are some things that I wish it did, that it just does not. I feel like the developers will probably add features and make it a 10 star product in the future. I am more pleased with it than Sprout for sure.
Zoho works really well for cross posting and analyzing certain aspects of social media. We really would prefer it if we were able to tag our products when we make Instagram posts, because we are mostly ecommerce and we have to manually go in and do that after posting, which is not user friendly and it is time consuming.
