Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

As the only Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager for varying brands within our company umbrella, being able to schedule posts on multiple platforms at once helps me focus on other projects knowing the social stuff is handled.
  • Multi-platform scheduling.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Detailed reports section.
  • Easy to switch between managed brands.
  • Could add a feature to boost within the website.
  • Pricing may need to be adjusted, adding brands should be as pricey.
  • Add TikTok to their social list.
Zoho is easier to understand quickly more than the competitor, as a beginner it makes your job really easy and less strenuous to try and learn a platform before using it.

I haven't used support yet.
It's really easy to start posting and managing brands, you get detailed information about what works for your brands and what doesn't.

The only thing Zoho can improve is the list of social platforms.
