Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
As the person responsible for wine.co.za's social media management, I have to publish content on various social media platforms. It tends to get very time-consuming. But planning and scheduling content on Zoho Social saves me a lot of time. Since using Zoho Social, I now have more time to spend on my other responsibilities. I feel a lot less overwhelmed; in fact, I'm more productive these days.

ZohoSocial is more simple to use. I prefer its user interface; with the menu on top instead of on the left, I find it easier to switch between pages. ZohoSocial is also the most affordable among all the different products that I have used, and they even provide multiple free trials. I appreciate any chance I can get to save my company costs.
