Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use it to schedule my clients' social media posts. I love Zoho Social because it works and offers a lot of social channels. The robust analytics is also a great added feature, plus the cost is very reasonable.

Pros

  • Scheduling works very well. Hardly any technical issues.
  • The analytics is robust
  • It offers plenty of social channels
  • It offers collaboration with clients

Cons

  • I wish it was easier to post image carousels with more than 4 images.
  • I wish the content preview was larger. Currently its not user friendly enough
  • The thumbnail selection feature for video posts is too small. The preview should be a lot bigger.
  • I've saved money due to its affordability
  • It allows my client to see that their posts are scheduled and not just have to take my word for it.
  • It provides my client an opportunity to collaborate in the content distribution process, helping them to feel empowered.
The User eXperience is mostly good but it could do with some refining. Somethings can take a little time to find, especially if you/re using it for the first time.
Zoho Social is more reliable than Buffer. Buffer sometimes has technical issues where posts don't go out after being scheduled.

Hootsuite has gotten way too expensive.

And Canva's scheduling feature is way too cumbersome for me.

It's a very good option for small businesses seeking an affordable but powerful social media scheduling tool.

It's also ideal for those who want to post social media content for a lot of social channels.

It's not ideal for those who are looking for the best user experience.

And if you post a lot of carousels with more than the default 5 images, it could be a bit of a pain for you.
