It's used across the whole org, as a remote collab tool for remote staff. We're also using it for a a few months as our main webinar solution.

- Quality of voice and video
- Simplicity, especially for external users
- Upgrading the client is sometimes troublesome. Often the client tells me it's updated while it isn't.
- A few of our customers have IT policies denying the use of remote collab tools other than WEBEX. Maybe a wide campaign to make Zoom well known and, at least, allowed at those orgs would be nice...
- We added some costs, but we have way more licenses allowing much more collaboration than before, with WEBEX.
- User adoption was easy, with the simple usage, quality and features available on Zoom.
Great feature, way cheaper than traditional VC.

Not Sure - Probably not, as it goes pretty well without it.
I haven't needed any extraordinary help, just a few doubts while deploying and minor issues later on...
