We use Zoom across the organization for operations, sales, consulting, working with our partners, prospects, and customers. It enables communications at the highest levels, next to being in person. The quality is very high and the user experience is very easy. I work with healthcare, education, and state and local customers. They enjoy the simplicity and full-featured capabilities of Zoom.

- How you work with channels, resellers, and integrators is difficult. Zoom sales reps are too ready to suggest that prospects buy direct, even if the channel brought the opportunity to Zoom.
- It would be important to have a secure referral and opportunity registration tool that encourages resellers and integrators to partner with Zoom.
- It has made my business more difficult because they haven't been very channel-friendly.
- We help organizations get grants to purchase solutions. Zoom makes it difficult to promote their product because of their current channel model, although it appears to be improving.
My user experience has been phenomenal. The product is very reliable and easy to use. The quality of audio and video has been very high. It DOES just work! That is a great thing compared to the last 20 years of other solutions on the market.
