Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used across the organization for internal and external presentations and meetings. Zoom is easier to navigate than MS Teams; it flows better and is user-friendly. Live presentations are so much easier to conduct on Zoom.
- It's very easy to schedule a meeting quickly from the application or computer and import it into an Outlook invite. This strength allows me to better my schedule from my desk or when working remotely from the application.
- It has good integration capabilities across many business sectors. Zoom can be utilized for telehealth, commercial needs, etc. and can connect with other key platforms or solutions to improve workflows.
- Zoom should integrate a more robust translation and interpretation platform to support healthcare requirements as it relates to language access.
- The majority of our team works remotely and globally, so Zoom allows us to connect daily, face-to-face with team members that we work closely with on projects.
- I really enjoy the platform for connecting with my clients who are based nationally. Zoom allows us to establish a level of trust and familiarity with one another.
