we moved our entire firm to Zoom...the desktop and mobile apps are easy to work for users and both make meetings a click away.
- Integrates with our Outlook
- Chat and Phone are easy to use
- adhoc meets and scheduled meetings are just a few steps to get started and scheduled
- would love to see more audio meeting features
- exchange online features...calendar sync
- Allowed us to cut back on the number of physical phones used in our environment...thus saving money.
Users did not like the Jabber chat...found it hard to use and un reliable on mobile.
