Pros

  • Easy to connect to fellow employees
  • Voicemail Transcription is very efficient
  • Easy to add new users

Cons

  • Would like to find a way to integrate with our ERP
  • Training on new features
  • Definitely more collaboration
  • Caller ID has worked better than past systems
  • Easier to set up meetings with external users
Zoom Phone seems much better. Nextiva never trained us, or explained the new features. It always seemed to be "in development." Zoom seems more ready for action.
