The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.
Any company that deals with the retention of important data should have Keepit to ensure operational security and data confidentiality. In scenarios such as using file servers in SharePoint, Teams, or Google Workspace, it's a tool that offers complete integration and helps save IT a lot of time on security incidents or human errors in file deletion. The fact that it only restores what is not in the folder, or backs up each version of the file given the snapshot date you choose, is fantastic. The website is pretty slow and will kick you off sometimes. I know they are working on this. For now, this is the biggest problem we have with Acronis.
Their support team isn't great. It can take a while to get an issue resolved, although issues do not happen frequently.

They recently raised the pricing for backup usage and our price has nearly doubled. It is still lower than some other vendors, but we might review other options before renewing next year.

Keepit is an awesome product that garantees a result with a simple interface, and a quick configuration integration. Nowadays the service is really good and all requests have been replied to very quickly, and that´s important for our satisfaction. The possibility of multiple points recovery is a plus as well.

The platform is quite intuitive and centralizes many functions into a single console, which facilitates the daily management of all clients. However, some sections—such as the RMM, security audit reports, or the Awareness service—could be more comprehensive to enhance the overall experience. Such a simple solution to use. User friendly, intuitive, processes can be completed in minutes instead of hours with restoring from tape, and requesting the return of tapes from the off site location, thus saving many hours and cost of storage. Also gives the end user a better experience as files can be restored almost immediately.

Support has been helpful when we have had to reach out. We have not had to contact support that much so I do not have much feedback on them. I met the support team at the Cyber Summit and they are all very nice, smart individuals.

Support helped us to set up SSO and MFA with our Azure AD Accounts. Once when the backup was failing, they could help us to investigate the reason and find a stale account that was preventing the backup. They are really concerned that the backup works and not only want to close the ticket like other support hotlines.

The communication from KeepIT was on point, we did the implementation based on very little information as it was so easy to deploy, yet super powerful, it is a great tool.

Price! All the services have low entry points and then hit you with big fees. Acronis Advanced Backup provides better management and control of your cost then the other services we evaluated. We have tested a number of solutions not on the list that have are price competitive, but the support was lacking.
We previously used Veeam to backup data from O365 to local servers. We had other SaaS platforms we needed to include and move from local to cloud backups. While Veeam does have multiple cloud options but compared with Keepit it was overly complicated and less cost effective. Keepit was a no-brainer in terms of simplicity and having a single 360 dashboard.

We have been able to further develop our customerbase and and more MSP as our partners
Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
It is time consuming to implement Acronis into our system and train our employees. With this there is also cost involved, but we believe in the long-term investements we make here.
