robust in nature and a manageable solution available for use as a powerful
marketing tool. It is compiled of a lot of exceptional services with the best
contact and customer management tool. Support needs a lot of attention, as it
needs to be changed and they must have to be more responsive and helpful to
become the best in the market.

Zoho CRM

My general expertise with this platform has always been around construction/insurance roofing work. I have used other CRMs such as JobNimbus, JobProgress, AccuLynx, Giddyup etc, but I feel if utilized properly this CRM has the ability to beat the rest. The biggest struggle I have had so far is the intergration aspect of things. Zoho for the most part is integratable, but other platforms I have tried to get it to communicate with have been lacking. Zoho and the other major CRM companies needs to come together and allow an API with one or two way syncing.

  • Seamless integration with emails so I have a history of communication even if not initiated within the CRM
  • Customization of fields and layout is nice for quick access to important information
  • Honestly, the BIGGEST plus is it's integration with the other apps. Zoho Invoice is better than my previous system (that I used for 6 years) and Zoho Meeting has advantages over Zoom. All integrated with the need for Zapier.
  • Zoho One (all the Zoho apps) is costing me less than 2 of my previous tools combined.

  • Social Integration: The tool has a basic feed for LinkedIn information to feed into the system. The infusion of more Social Selling "signals" and "feeds" would be very helpful to instill more social selling into the framework.
  • Account vs. Contact: If you are a company which works to B to B rather than B to C there is a still a bit of cumbersome way to handle "joining" accounts and contacts through links. It is better with 16.1 release but still it's a "contact" centric solution which is great for some business relationships like realtors, insurance, & financial services etc.

  • Free features need to be increased so that startups are properly able to use the CRM features without worrying about the cost.
  • Easy accessible Demo Videos need to be available with each feature for new users
  • Reduce the number of apps by consolidating as a new user is suddenly overwhelmed with the large number of apps at different URLs.

ACT follows the basic rules you would expect for this type of software, but actually doing anything sophisticated with it is near impossible without assistance or training. Unless you use it regularly it is difficult to use. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have internal IT support and it will be used regularly.

While it takes a bit of a learning curve to appreciate some of the nuances, ZohoCRM ultimately feels like one of those big red boxes of tools you see in a mechanic's shop. It's a literal plethora of customizable modules that you can shape and reshape into the mold that makes your business run. Every facet (seemingly) can be tweaked with, integrated elsewhere in the platform, and ultimately customized to meet the needs of your business. I tend now not to think "what feature of this software can I use to solve a problem?" but instead think FIRST of the problem I have, and trust within ZohoCRM there exists the tools or programable workflows that can solve the issue.

Following a few interactions with support staff over the phone where we failed to correct the issues we were calling about, we ended up going back to the consultant who we purchased the software through and continued to use her for support rather than call Swiftpage ACT! directly. Our consultant was much more helpful in finding and correcting our issues.

The customer support is not the most efficient, although as a main source it offers enough information to be able to use the tools and perfect their use. The team of technicians in charge of solving the problems is not entirely attentive, they take too long to respond, according to my experience was not very polite, the solution was not very accurate, after a long time is that they could offer an answer to my problem. But this inefficiency brings to my work too much delay and instead of doing me good, it hinders and hinders my work. Now I know that when I have any kind of problem, I must be aware that the solution will not be immediate.

Take it slowly and meet often with your team to solicit their feedback. Listen to what they are saying so that if something is not clear, you can address it before they turn on the CRM. Also, whatever system you were one previously will not match Zoho CRM which is both good and bad. It's good as I know Zoho CRM will be better than whatever you're been using. Bad because it will require change and how you did things in your old CRM may need to be modified a little when using Zoho CRM.

Act! CRM

Although other CRM's like HubSpot offer a free solution, I found that it didn't give much and the add-ons were very expensive. Many other companies have interfaces that are clunky or hard to understand. Also I found that many just offer way too many features that we would never use that just made it more difficult to use what we needed. The customized options are just way to expensive for the simplistic offering we need. Swiftpage ACT! just provides a solution that works for us.

Zoho CRM offers more at a better price. When coupled with Zoho-One suite, it has a lot more features as compared to HubSpot CRM, at a much lower cost.HubSpot CRM is an authority in the domain, but the number of services that Zoho covers is overwhelming. There's no end to what you can do with a single set of data.Freshworks was a simpler CRM to work with, a SaaS on the same path as Zoho but offers lesser tools/services in comparison

  • Love it or leave it, a CRM is integral to sales operations. Zoho may not be the best, but it gets the job done.
  • When reps have consistently used it, sales and conversions have increased.
  • Great to have visibility across the organization and multiple tools without paying a fortune like some other CRMs
