Pricing is based on a per employee model. Billing is monthly, based on a subscription model.
It is well suited for an Outsourcing business. This type of business has a lot of clients to serve and most of the time consultants serve multiple different clients, eTime suits this kind of setup since it can aid on the accuracy of billing clients for hours rendered by consultants to them.
Playvox is well suited to rate and track process adherence and work quality percentual. It is also great to document coaching and track advisors' development, as well as to do knowledge checks through quizzes. It is not so appropriate if you need to see the previous coachings made, since those cannot be opened when they finished.
Ability to clock hours without a physical time clock/punchcard -- great for jobs like tutoring, which may not have a central meeting location
Ability to clock hours for multiple positions in different departments across an organization -- one paycheck, even though I had multiple supervisors and different pay rates
The speed of loading the chat that I am evaluating for the customer service representative because sometimes it shows that there is an error in the load.
I do not think my organization has and 2nd thought of changing the Playvox because I am sure they cannot find another option that is as easy and smooth. There is no other option at all. Playvox is being used here in every department and the company cannot run without this. Now it is a basic need of this business
In some ways, the flexibility of eTime makes it much more usable than some time card systems. I can log my own hours at my convenience (as long as it is during the pay period), and eTime sends me a reminder email 24 hours before the cut-off for each pay period. I can log hours for multiple positions using particular pay codes, although there is no way for me to save frequently used or "my" pay codes -- adding this feature would be a much-appreciated improvement to eTime's usability. Juggling multiple pay codes within the current system, however, is cumbersome. There can also be problems if an incorrect or overlapping hour is accidentally entered and saved -- certain fields turn red and are difficult to adjust, often requiring the help of a software administrator. Correcting other errors and entering historical hours is extremely difficult, and the software does not work well on some browsers (and it is unattractive when I have been able to get it to work)
Playvox is an easy-to-use platform, all features are intuitive, which makes navigation easy. I never found navigation problems, I was always able to find all the items I needed, all the information is well separated, what could improve is the possibility of moving some items, putting the ones that I use the most in evidence.
do pages load quickly? yes / Do reports complete in a reasonable time frame, given their complexity? yes i think / If Playvox integrates with any other software or systems, does it tend to slow them down? i don't know
We have had multiple live trainings (Zoom). The training at the beginning of the set up was top notch. We had some additional questions about coaching and they jumped on the opportunity to help us. We have a designated trainer and account manager.
From the day first, we were active on Playvox and happy with the features. It does not take much time to understand its features and its performance. A few training sessions with 'How to use' and we are experts using Playvox.
I have not used similar workforce management platform though Enterprise eTIME, by ADP has never failed us in any day. It has given our teams the best guidance on effective implementation of projects and tasks. Close monitoring of our daily programs has lead to increased production. We have managed to implement our duties based on the set timelines.
I selected Playvox as it is the platform my organization uses. I've never worked with another platform like this. In other companies I worked, procedures, communications, and training were not saved, they were only communicated verbally and sometimes a document with what should be done, but nothing compared to the ease of using a Playvox.
The system allows our employees to quickly record their time so that they can focus on their day-to-day jobs.
The system allows our managers to quickly approve time cards.
ADP Enterprise eTime does not have a sufficient query function to enable employers to easily create/schedule reports that the business needs. ADP charges high fees for custom reports.
