Playvox is a tool I can't live without!
Overall Satisfaction with Playvox
We are currently using Playvox for our customer experience only. Come the new year we will be migrating PlayVox throughout the company, evaluating warehouse associates, clients, project managers, accounting, etc. We currently use Playvox with our customer experience teams in the US and the Philippines. Playvox does an amazing job of helping us train and excel in customer service. Playvox has completely eliminated the need to manually create reviews which caused much room for error and missing data.

- On the fly training promoting less errors and wasted time manually creating reviews
- One platform for training company wide which reduces the need to go into multiple platforms
- One platform for HR to review and store evaluations for record keeping

We didn't evaluate many before finding Playvox. We checked out Bridge but while it was good for HR it wasn't as good for customer service. It didn't offer the services we love with Playvox like the reward system, evaluating email, chat etc.
