It is well suited as a fashion and accessories industry customer loyalty programme platform. It is also a well organized way of managing reports and campaigns. It is also very suitable for low-budget programmes and we are satisfied with the services. So it is very suitable for my requirements.

Influitive is well suited for any organization that is interested in engaging customers, mobilizing advocates, and helping to streamline their customer reference, content creation, and product innovation processes. Any customer-centric organization should have this in their toolkit! One thing to be aware of is that, in my opinion and experience, such programs work best with a robust rewards system in place, so this is something to consider in terms of budget, especially for smaller organizations with smaller budgets to spend on customer incentives. Make sure that you consider the cost of incentives and not just the cost of the platform because I think this can have a big impact on the success of the program.

  • Reporting could use some improvement - sometimes it can be difficult to figure out the best way to get the data needed. There are few different ways to pull reports, so sometimes it feels complex.
  • Being able to have more flexibility with the positioning of the challenges on the advocate view would be great. If you could move around the challenges by dragging them, that would improve the usability.

Overall usability is very satisfying and it is a good systematic user experience, all the systems having some issues so it is also having issues in the system. But it makes some of our campaigns easily manageable and you can get the best return on investment on our campaigns. It is also very easy to manage too.

This makes it easier for both admins and advocates alike to use the platform with ease and it also makes it much easier for us to get the results that we desire from the program. However, like any platform, it does have it's bugs sometimes.

Influitive AdvocateHub interacts with Blackbaud Champions and is an on-time response system. What I mean by that is once data is entered in Influitive AdvocateHub, it is updated in real time and I can access a computer and the data is there immediately. Sometimes the rewards do not show up right away and I am under the assumption that the delay is caused by an influx of traffic.

Customer support is not well organised and you can make many efforts to get the resolution. For email or phone support you have to have the patience to deal with the support team, also if you submit a query the responding time is usually high.

I've never run into a support team so responsive - I even sent them an edible arrangement after helping me with no fewer than five questions one day. Even on off hours, my non-urgent questions get handled. I'm just stunned by the responsiveness and quality of the support team at Influitive.

The training was extensive and gave me the knowledge/ skills that I needed in order to implement my advocacy program using Influitive's Advocate Hub. I also meet on a regular basis with my Customer Success Manager. My Success Manager helps give me ideas for my program and helps me ensure that it's successful. Influitive is really invested in my success. They act more like a partner than a vendor

To implement correctly, you HAVE to put in the time. This isn't a no-brainer implementation. It's easy from a technical end, but you have to have your community-building hat on and you have to actually put challenges into the product in order to see any results at all. If you have zero time to manage it, you will fail.

And if there are things that we need, they are always willing to help us work through work arounds and solutions. I find them reliable and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The competitors are as well - but the user network is really top notch so you're covered in the entire ecosystem
