If you need to manage special assets with unique characteristics and keep data in spreadsheets, Appsheet is ideal for replacing these sheets with a system. Once you start using it, you find yourself trying to move everything into Appsheet. It is perfect for generating internal software that would otherwise never be developed due to programming costs.

Based on my personal experience, this application is well-suited for noncoders who are busy setting up their businesses and since coders are expensive for the company in the initial days as in for startups, this application goes hand in hand and is quick and robust along with its amazing features like drag and drop and just the cloud storage facility.

LogMeIn Resolve has been useful in supporting users working on-site or remotely, and with the unattended agent, allows for a quick and easy way to start a support session. With the integrated Help Desk system, LogMeIn Resolve allows for a seamless support experience without having to bounce from a ticketing platform to a remote support platform, giving us the ability to reduce ticket sprawl and save time overall.

Pros
Google
  • Calculations - I have several apps that do some pretty complicated calculations, and decision making to build things like Shopping Lists for a Kanban assembly team, where the app will help a stocker determine whats low in a kanban assembly line stock box.
  • Document generation and record keeping - I have an app that users digitally sign and receive PDF contracts, and the system automatically records all records from the transaction. Everything is held in files on YOUR OWN DRIVE (Google Drive) so when you're done with the project or AppSheet you DONT loose your data.
  • Client/Customer Management - I follow the old school "Swimming with Sharks" model for client retention and customer engagement, and have built several small customer tracking tools for local businesses. This tool is limited ONLY by your imagine and desire to learn.

  • Having chatbot to be able to know the visitor and cater to his/her requirements
  • Unlike other app developments, we were able to develop app faster and robust
  • User friendly features like drag and drop is great to have
  • Cost effective as it uses cloud storage and no need to buy servers and invest on maintenannce

  • Allows easy, comprehensive access to Apple products via web-based applet. (It does require customer input and cooperation.)
  • It allows me to resolve issues remotely, most times within minutes instead of hours, without a physical location visit.
  • It allows the customer to view my activity, giving them peace of mind that nothing untoward occurs during my interaction. I also use the record feature so all sessions are recorded, especially on rare occasions when there is an issue or question from the session.

Cons
Google
  • Once the tables / UX Views get way too many in number, it can become a little daunting to manage. This part of the UX may need something really smarter.
  • Ability to Undo.
  • Could provide more UI Look and Feel options. BTW, the new Graphs look great, but have some bugs, while the new INPUT() feature is a great addition too.

  • The application requires to be run on fast processing computers/laptops
  • This is a good application that isn't much known among non-coders, it needs to be marketed so that boosts this app developer to add more advanced features
  • It seems to have little bugs for the mobile app.

  • The user interface is clunky and difficult to use in terms of CRITICAL functions that lie at the core of any remote access solution.
  • ctrl + key combos are currently terribly implemented and difficult to use - since this is one of the most common keys used in Windows - this presents MASSIVE usability issues that impede my workflow all day every single day.
  • And now - in a recent development - SHIFT + key combos are currently terribly implemented and difficult to use - since this is one of the most common keys used in Windows - this presents MASSIVE usability issues that impede my workflow all day every single day.
  • Things like frequently used key combos and shortcuts should work the same via remote access solutions as they do on a hardware keyboard. Anything else is an annoyance and an impediment to workflow and productivity.

We are still less than 10 users and probably may continue to be so. But, this being a franchisor set up, could be of use to other users like us.

I would say yes, we would definitely renew, everyone likes it in the IT dept, and there are more features we have yet to put to use. I am expanding the Windows update / Endpoint features as I get time, and the remote PowerShell console is unbeatable for me at present when facing remote computers that are not letting create a new remote PSSession.

Usability
Google
It's just great. The usability is the best thing about Appsheet. You must choose which things will really be used later. You have to be careful of not generating something too big and then it feels like something that need to be learned. This is something that resolve problems, but you had to be able to think before doing. It will not solve problems itself. You need to find the problem, think a solution, and then use appsheet to make this solution a reality

Like I said in previous questions, the no-code application has basic and easy features that are literally a no-brainer and even a person with zero knowledge of coding can do wonders with this as his/her tool. Apart from that, the application is cost-effective while time and money are two key things to be taken care of as a startup owner, this app came hand in hand with me

We were able to get up and running quickly after our initial implementation, and the monthly feature update webinars are a great way to keep up with new features and how we can use them to our benefit. We can also request features we would like to see in the future, and can vote on other users’ submittals.

AppSsheet has a support group and they show videos to help app builders. Though I have truck drivers' hours and can't join the webinars. Support groups with better assists me on a Saturday evening or a Sunday that I have time off. It's hard to watch videos driving down the highway.

I have been using this for some time now and the website of the no-code application is all self-explanatory that is the reason I never have reached to the support team anytime, but before using this application I have gone through the reviews and read the positive response and I believe it has still gotten stronger since then.

Ive used their tech support a handful of times, and each time they have been able to help me sort out any hiccups or kinks that arise. They have a resourceful knowledge base, and have experts available for training and troubleshooting. I often recommend them to my other coworkers and colleagues because of the ease of use and security

The ease that AppSheet provides to the developer is limitless. Before starting with AppSheet I used other software, but they didn't give me the tools at my fingertips.
When I learned about AppSheet and everything it could do, I understood that it was what I was looking for, the ease with which everything is related within the app with a few clicks is impressive.

Webflow has quite a lot of complexity in comparison to the no-code app which instead is user-friendly. There are more issues with application getting hung in between working but that isn't a bigger problem in the no-code app. Apart from that, the no-code app has blocks that can be used to edit/add/delete which are literally a no-brainer.

Go to offer all-in-one functionalities without compromising organizational security and policy. Go-to is versatile compared to other systems like JIRA and is suitable for medium organizations. It has all the support options required. Like web meetings, conversational ticketing, etc., other software does not offer the combination of all, like video calls.

  • LogMeIn Resolve has increased productivity for our support teams with the addition of camera share. Not only are we able to remote into workstations, but with camera share we can utilize end user and customer phones to visually see physical setups to troubleshoot some situations on the fly.
  • Unattended support now requires the agent to enter in a signature key as an extra layer of security before accessing a device, which further improves the safety of all devices registered for unattended.
