    My experience in Asana is more than two years, and I really enjoyed the experience and working with my teams, as Asana provides effective communication between us and spread the fun, enthusiasm, and achievement in work faster, as I used conversations to inform the team what I want, follow up, comment on the tasks and inform them that the work is finished.

    Their implementation teams are fantastic, and their knowledge base is great, making for a great onboarding experience. Most CS software like ChurnZero is built for large companies and large client bases, but the software is also applicable to smaller companies like mine based on the ability to scale the product as you grow as a company. ChurnZero should become your daily use tool for your CS team, in conjunction with your product and CRM. This is not just an onboarding tool, but a lifecycle product meant to be used to manage your client's needs for the life of their interaction with your company.

    • Custom Date range for the usage panel on a Customer Profile.
    • Custom Links for linking to different internal systems that there may not be a direct integration for.
    • Connecting to a VoIP system like Ring Central would be cool, so I don't have to always go into my CRM to make client calls but it's definitely a "nice to have" and not critical.

    It is very user-friendly. Takes a new employee an hour to start figuring out how the system works. That's an important factor. You don't want to encounter the issue where employees need a week to understand how the system works. For example, JIRA, I tried using it for a week and I still don't understand the complicated layout. Asana has a simple interface. Once you see it, you get it type of program.

    I haven't had to use their support so I can't rate it. The fact that I haven't needed them reflects the ease of use of the product. I would recommend that any new users schedule a complete demo of the product to ensure that they are using it to it's fullest (there's a lot of useful features).

    Throughout the entire onboarding experience, I felt very well taken care of knowing I had a dedicated CSM and Implementation engineer FROM ChurnZero and not a contracted 3rd party. Post onboarding, I've had a handful of simple support requests that I've made via email and in every case, I was responded to promptly and with very little back and forth.

    The training and onboarding have been very helpful. Since I was not a part of the team when ChurnZero was implemented, it was important to get brought up to speed as quickly as possible and our CSM has been incredibly receptive in that regard.

    I like how extensive the capabilities are for Asana. With other softwares it seems there are many things lacking. I feel like Asana is also a very user friendly platform and aesthetically pleasing which is important in a modern office. We have many young people entering our workspace and it is important to have software that is ahead of the times in functionality and efficiency.

    Much more robust with plays, segmentation, and in-app messaging capabilities. Also, better sales experience. Churn Zero took the time to learn our business and that made our implementation more customized for us. There were also integrations to other systems that we use that other solution didn't have. Overall, ChurnZero felt like the most complete solution for end-to-end customer experience and success management.
