PPM Pro is really the only portfolio management tool that I've used so it's hard to compare. MS Project doesn't really compare to the feature set that PPM Pro offers.
All have similar capabilities. The tool is only as good as the data you are putting into it. Make sure you have business buy-in and clear processes set.
This product is useful for a team/company working with multiple customers. Employee count anywhere larger than fifty or sixty will be benefited [from] this. Considering this product is expensive(as I’ve heard) this will not serve [many] purposes to smaller companies and startups who are having a very less customer base and [fewer...] employees.
PPMPro is well suited for tracking new product introduction projects, as well as process changes. It serves to reliably track ongoing action items, issues, resource allocations for projects. Jira is a great project management tool when it comes to tracking the progress of deliverables and milestones. Each member of the team can track individual deliverables and milestones. Jira comes with filters and search functions to perform these tasks.
Jira is highly flexible when it comes to maintaining tasks and deliverable backlogs. You can plan and organize your sprints in such a way that you include your previous backlogs in them.

The tool is easily configurable by Administrators. We can add fields, change reports, add new dashboards within hours vs. days of trying to track things manually
The initial ticket creation screen lacks some important features, such as assigning "point values" (a measure of effort needed for the ticket).
The browser needs to be manually refreshed to see new tickets, which can make things confusing when several people in a meeting are simultaneously creating tickets.
The interface on some smaller portions of the software are sometimes difficult to understand.
The base API is not a REST based interface and is difficult to use for integration with other systems in the enterprise.
The UI for the maintenance of the task schedule for projects can be a bit cumbersome , although the spreadsheet style editor helps somewhat. The Gantt view is not interactive.
The workflow engine is designed only for initial project intake, and does not allow for an integration of the work flow with the project from start to end, so it can't be used for routing artifacts like change requests, ancillary project approvals, etc.
As I previously stated I am no longer in the role where I acted as Innotas admin, but because our license has been twice renewed since initial deployment and since I am in the business and have used the IT request process I created and have not heard anything to the contrary
As I have mentioned, some older, less tech savvy, team members have not found it as intuitive. I found it the same when I started using it although it quickly made sense. I think this is because there are lots of features we do not use so this can get in the way of what we do use
PPM Pro has very effective process capabilities around Project, Demand, and Resource Management as well as Reporting/Dashboards. Very stable platform, never any downtime. We now also have PPM Pro Sandbox which we have leveraged for any new major developments such as Request Management.
No issues with overall response time and performance. There have been some occasions where a Report could take few minutes to render but this is vary rare. No integration issues...
It is average. It needs to improve overall if you are paying the amount of money it costs. For now, it does the job, but with so many new features being added it would be very helpful to kick this up a notch.
Their ability to assist and answer questions when needed is incredible. They create innovative ways to share information and help customers trouble shoot. I didn't give it a ten because I believe they could do a better job of personally reaching out to customers and providing improvement guidance based on where the customer is at and their needs at the time

Able to forecast & plan releases well using agilecraft leading to quality on time delivery.
Distributed teams are able to collaborate well, be it be daily scrum, retrospective, estimation though this. Also team members love the gamification part & they have fun using this tool. Earlier we use to face challenges due to distributed teams but after AgileCraft, collaboration & communication was no longer a challenge & we are able to see improvement not only in team velocity, but also team satisfaction.
Simplest tool to implement safe, scaling is always a problem with most of the agile tools but agilecraft helps in smoother implementation of safe practices & principles.
