Attentive Mobile is great for those who actively want to build and talk to their community. The goal is to send two messages per week to optimize revenue while balancing out unsubscribes. If a client has trouble with content or finding appropriate marketing messages to send, Attentive Mobile might not be a good fit.

Zipwhip

I really dislike Zipwhip, especially now that there are so many more options out there. If you are still using a landline or a desk phone, but need the ability to receive/send text messages from your phone number, this would work well for you still. Besides that, I can't see many reasons to use this product anymore. Things like EZtexting offer these same functions and more. Or even better, Dialpad offers the voice and text options for one price.

  • I would like the quick-use app that pulls from the taskbar to be able to hold more characters- It can only do 250 while the main screen can do 600.
  • The ability to send video through this program would significantly enhance its functionality for us.

It was very easy for users to use, straight forward, and user friendly. The desktop app is very basic but easy to reply to an incoming text, but the user had to know to allow Chrome notifications to see new incoming text via the web browser, which is how they mainly used it.

Fast and easy to communicate with. I wish we went over more insights and analytics on our monthly calls with our account manger. This would really give us the push that we need in order to best utilize the platform as a whole.

Attentive

While ManyChat is specific to Facebook Messenger, my experience in their platform made it very easy to hit the ground running with Attentive Mobile. With the policy changes in the Messenger world, we have mostly abandoned that and moved to SMS for a direct line to customers. Attentive Mobile has much stronger ROAS with SMS than ManyChat had with Facebook Messenger.

Enabling the business number is a key feature for us. Also, their pricing is all inclusive which is super helpful and a lot easier when it is not per text pricing model for our kind of business and reselling.
