Its tough to say. Would I recommend it to a company of our size, no. Would I recommend it to a small business, maybe 10 - 50 employees, yes. Theres no workflow. We can have managers initiate a change it has to be done by us... manually... *yawn*
Its versatile software overcomes any issues between restricted abilities of cell phones
And significant distance from the remote cloud to the versatile clients, by sending portable applications on the cloud to the clients. In this software, there is no third party that increases its security and makes it secured software.
It can work efficiently in the time of overload as compared to other clouds.
System can be challenging to navigate for employees with multiple nav options on left and upper areas or subjects are not easily related to what is in their mind; multiple handbooks and similar
Customer service has improved in the last year but there is still room for improvement. Some tickets/cases simply take way too long with little communication while open. Best improvement is putting more power in the hands of the front line.
The only reason this is not a 10 is that the PEO market is very competitive and as the President of the company I feel obligated to listen to other options. That being said, it will be very difficult for anyone to unseat TriNet as I ma veery pleased with them
Compared to other PEOs we have used, the TriNet platform is both powerful and user friendly. Both the employee and admin views are extremely easy to navigate and, with the exception of time off tracking, we only hear positive feedback from employees. Overall, it is a solid and versatile platform.
They used to be really good at this when I had a dedicated person. Now that it's a general customer service account, it's really gone downhill and I don't get responses at all sometimes
We don't need to use the Customer Service features often, but when we do, the team is quick to respond and very knowledgeable about our needs. Once again, making our time in the system minimal allows us to focus on growing our business.
it's been awhile, but I recall them being helpful. I got through a lot of it and when I needed help, they can walk me through it over the phone. It's also pretty user friendly in general at a platform. I don't really know what else to type, but they came and helped me in person and also when there was something new, they came and talked to me. They have not done that since with the new model that I hate
it was good, but now I haven't done much and since they changed their model, it's a lot harder to deal with. We're talking online training of the trinet platform and not the online training they provide, right? Their online training is ok, and is unfortunate that there is a totally separate model for training that costs extra when we would only watch one or two things. However, the mandatory sexual harassment training is actually pretty good, it was just a little clunky
not applicable as I implementation was done 5 years ago and have no recollection of the details of the process. Above it says to skip question if not involved in the process but it will not allow me to skip it as it states explanation requitred thus making this process extremely frustrating.
It's an efficient application because this versatile software overcomes any issues between restricted abilities of cell phones and significant distance from the remote cloud to the versatile clients, by sending portable applications on the cloud to the clients.
TriNet worked with our smaller employee headcount and offered coverage for both the US and Canada. And we switched from Insperity because of the cost savings which were significant. I liked Insperity but TriNet has been an excellent firm to work with as well.
Overall it is the best software regarding the user experience of using cellphones services. It also lessens the workload of the cellphone.
It is software that provides the best computing resources.
This software provides satisfaction against sensitive cellphone applications. It can also be used in bundles of different fields.
Other mobile services are failed to provide satisfaction in rush time but BCEdge software has overcome this issue and provides the best services with easy-to-use tools and options.
TriNet offers many benefit plans to our employees which are spread out across the country. A wide variety of offerings allows our employees more choices to make the best decision for their family.
TriNet does not offer help with our EEO reporting for our Veteran status. They may in the future be able to update the platform, but currently, this data is not a required question for the employees and it isn't possible for us to make it a required question when the employees log in.
We have worked through our initial problems with payroll processing and are now much more efficient. Having a great team of people to work with at TriNet has made all the difference!
