Chose Indeed Resume
Indeed Resume is by far the most popular product we use to recruit new talent. This is where everyone is and is the most widely known. I can have some luck with the other platforms, but nothing like Indeed Resume. As a Recruiter for a large organization, we needed a versatile …
Because in terms of the profile we are looking for, the targeted population is more present on Indeed than on LinkedIn, also responsiveness is significantly better.
On all three of these, we can see the contact info and not have to send an email in hopes the candidate responds that they are interested before we can see the info. This to me is a barrier and a huge waste of time considering we are in a tech world where everyone is emailing …
Indeed Resume is consistent and comparatively easier to use. Moreover, being a user or business owner, everyone looks for a cost-effective option to fulfill their needs. Indeed Resume serves the purpose on a low budget. The greatest thing about this tool is that it offers …
Indeed is one of my top picks from these competitors because of the quality of candidates we find from Indeed. The resumes are more detailed, the response rate is higher, and there's a larger candidate pool for many positions we look for. I like that Indeed provides a resume …
Indeed works better for the entry-level roles we are searching for, we find LinkedIn is for higher-level leadership roles. However, Indeed does have a wider variety in general, of all types of roles and skillsets. I've found more luck finding entry-level job seekers on Indeed …
Indeed Resume offers a lot more credibility to the recruiters as the email sent to the candidate is via Indeed, and also Indeed follows up with the candidates on the recruiter's behalf; if the candidate doesn't respond with positive or negative interest. Indeed database of …
UKG Ready does not give us the same exposure that posting directly through Indeed does. We don't understand why and no one seems to be able to fix it. This is the greatest frustration we face, in that our candidates are not automatically being added to our HRIS ATS.
It was selected for me. I find it stacks up well just because Indeed is a commonly used resource for employers and job seekers. Its functionality leaves a lot to be desired, it does not have features that an ordinary word processor might. It is a useful tool if you advertise …
In truth, we have stuck with Indeed Resume and have not ventured off yet due to the power and simplicity that we have with this single tool. The various aspects of this one tool allow us to simplify our recruit stack so we don't need a variety of tools, thus decreasing the time …
I have received more candidates from Indeed than I have from other platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn jobs. It seems like there are many more candidates that are reachable through Indeed Resume. I have only hired 1 or 2 candidates from these other platforms as compared to …
I think Indeed Resume and ZipRecruiter are pretty comparable products. I ultimately prefer Indeed Resume for flexibility. If I have one critical position to fill I can pour my entire budget into that one role and ensure that it gets maximum visibility (within my budget …
Indeed is typically superior to most others, it is just so widely used in amongst the general population. I think LinkedIn Jobs is going to be the winner when it comes to the higher level, executive roles. I believe Monster was going to get an update, but I don't hear of many …
Dice allows you to have a much more detailed search on some fairly important features like relocation preference, work authorization, compensation expectations. Dice also shares contact information which allows us to connect with candidates quicker than Indeed does. Indeed has …
We post positions for candidates to apply to the positions. We immediately respond with a very basic, specific, and factual questionnaire to identify [the] minimum required skills then review to map to our requirements. We additionally search and reach out to candidates to …
Indeed Resume is far more cost effective than their competition. Their ease of use on both the recruiter & candidate side is unparalleled. I like the messaging within the system, because it guarantees no spam for the candidates & which automatically increases recruiter …
Well suited for organizations that are tracked and managing large amounts of candidates across open roles. They have really improved the overall product and it has a lot fewer technical issues, so big or small companies could find it useful.
Indeed Resume has been well suited in areas where there is not a lot of traction or candidates to apply. It has been less appropriate in heavier areas where there are many more candidates available to apply on their own without the invite or having to search for their resume.
The tool is extremely efficient, all features are simple and practical. For us, the only detail that could be improved would be to include a trial plan with limited resources and/or improve the price for small companies with few resources that can also take advantage of this great tool.
The Chrome Extension could really use some work: very buggy and it's pretty common for candidates that are already in our system to not show up as such in the Extension.
The internal searching features are limited: we have a massive database that is really hard to access.
I find it does not always recommend the best resumes to invite to the job we are recruiting for, based off the experience needed or job titles in the candidates resume
I don't like how invites don't roll over into a new month if you don't use all of them in a said period of time.
For at least the time being, this appears to be where the talent is. They do an awesome job of getting the right jobs to candidates. As a user of the product for myself in the past the jobs that it sends me are 100x better than other tools
Overall it is the best product for quick searching and sourcing, but it is costly and prices continue to increase each budget year. We will continue to use it as it gives us the best conversion rate for finding candidates and hiring them over any other job page out there right now.
This tool allows you to do so much for such an affordable rate. If you want to scoop up your competition's talent, you can filter searches for resumes for people who have or currently work at their business. You can also you Bollinger searches for individuals who have experience with a specific type or word. And my favorite, you can set up search criteria that alert you of any new resumes with specific criteria so you are first to reach out. Highly Recommend.
Indeed Resume is by far the most popular product we use to recruit new talent. This is where everyone is and is the most widely known. I can have some luck with the other platforms, but nothing like Indeed Resume. As a Recruiter for a large organization, we needed a versatile platform, and from experience, nothing does that quite like Indeed Resume.
Some managers reported decreased time spent searching for applicants.
This is another site to check for applications.
If you want to make it work for you, it can: decrease time to hire, increase candidate responsiveness, but you are missing out on a large section of applicants, thus decreasing your applicant quantity and quality.
