Method[:CRM] is well suited when you have a large company that needs to keep track of customers. It also connects with Quickbooks and that has really been nice for our organization. Our company is small so this really helps us stay on track and build our data base of customers.

  • Call lag needs fixing; I hate when we're stuck in middle of the conversation
  • Zoho products are seamless to integrate with, but other software is inconvenient, with less documentation there

  • We have no complaints Method: CRM has improved the workflow in the company.
  • All of the features are easy to use and with the 30day no obligation trial and hour consultation. We were really able to dig into all of its functionality with out any pressure of contracts while getting started.
  • The live chat support is great I get all my questions answered vs spending hours of my time getting passed around over the phone.

The things Method does well - QuickBooks data integration and extreme customization - it does very, very well. If you are looking for a CRM product or any business process automation software that integrates with QuickBooks, you have to look at Method CRM

Also, Bigin allows customization of most of the activities, which ensures that results attained are specific and practical to interpret. The customer assistance notion from Bigin is always right, as they completely make a follow up concerning the new clients. Lastly, Bigin through social site engagement, the software learns what bothers or matters to the clients

I believe there is room for improvements:
  1. Sync payments with the calendar so that reminders are automatically sent out
  2. Make the lead creation and entry a bit more user friendly and drag-and-drop
  3. Combine both activity and lead creation so it's less time consuming.

Almost every task you need to learn about has a large amount of documentation available. However, my rating is based on my recent interaction with the developer. Although I was satisfied with the service, I deducted one point since getting them on the phone took me three to four days.

She asked about our company and what I was hoping to accomplish, then focussed our time on meeting those goals. Khamil was able to work miracles in an hour of customization and the two webinars I've attended have been a wealth of information. Highly recommend.

Bigin by Zoho CRM captures opportunities, and gives the company ways to tap and work towards making them more effective. Also, Bigin integrates/connect with the customers emails, making it friendly or simple to communicate with them immediately. Bigin introduced the single sign on procedure, which boosts the security of the entire system and ensure no attacks in any form.

Method is by far the easiest of all platforms. It brings a lot of great features that Salesforce has as well as email campaign features like constant contact, all in one. The only thing I would add would be more reporting and custom report capability.
