  • Call lag needs fixing; I hate when we're stuck in middle of the conversation
  • Zoho products are seamless to integrate with, but other software is inconvenient, with less documentation there

The customer assistance notion from Bigin is always right, as they completely make a follow up concerning the new clients. Lastly, Bigin through social site engagement, the software learns what bothers or matters to the clients
