Bound vs. Kameleoon

I think the customer service and relationship we have with Get Smart Content is great

There are many platforms to choose from when it comes to experimentation and personalization. We've found Kameleoon to be an excellent choice for those looking for a balance in capabilities (it checks all the boxes), cost-effectiveness, and a helpful customer success team paired with a responsive product team.

• When you set up a campaign you should be able to set up content while in the campaign.
• You should be able to set up new segments while in the campaign.

• Interface of the graphics editor is quite conceptual. It is fine after a few days but it takes a little while to recognize some icons.
• Their online tutorial could also be easily improved.
• If you want to do major graphical changes on your website, you will have to inject JS and CSS code which requires some technical background but I don’t know if that point can be improved.

The Kameleoon platform allows us to carry out both simple and highly complex tests incredibly rapidly. With Kameleoon I can launch many impactful tests without needing to ask for help from our IT team.

We have a very good relationship with our CSM and with Kameleoon’s technical team. We trust them fully to help us with the set-up of A/B tests and personalizations, analysis of results, and any technical matter that we may encounter. They always do their best to be as responsive as possible, and our communications are always very fluid.

It has the inability to export subject line or ISP complaints that require manual pulling by each campaign when needed. Results from variable tests are also reported only as a percentage of chosen KPI (opens, clicks, etc.). There's no ability to see hard numbers from the tests or other metrics to determine the statistical significance or unintended results (maybe opens increased per the test, but we saw clicks or conversions were lower). On the other hand, Bound performs absolutely great.

Kameleoon does not compare to others! If I chose this tool, it is above all because the speech made by the members of the company during their presentation was clear.
Real experts who had identified our challenges and our needs. They also came with relevant use cases and recommendations.

• We have seen more traffic going to revenue generating sites after using Get Smart Content. I'm not sure of the dollar amount since that's a separate department, but traffic increasing is great.
• Engagement on our internal site has increased after implementing Get Smart Content. We are getting more views, comments and likes on our content than before.

• Since we started using Kameleoon, our ROI indicators are all green. Truth is, we rely on exigent customers. If they’re not happy with our service, we will pay for it on the long term. Kameleoon helps us making sure this is not happening by providing us the tools to continuously improve our customers’ experiences.
