BrowserStack is easy to use compared to LambdaTest. I find its simplistic UI layout with multiple device separation quite helpful and easy to understand. The ability to direct add screenshot and edit it for bugs is quite helpful too. Having access to all the devices at one …
The main factor contributing to the adoption of BrowserStack over the others we tested is its ease of adaptation. This tool doesn't require much training to adapt. Onboarding is faster, and UAECases testing is very fast, as it includes parallel testing automation capabilities.

It has a wide range of devices for both mobile and web browsers.
BrowserStack products has been found better for low code automations and visual regression techniques. We have been struggling to maintain the API endpoint sanity tests and writing a lot of code for them while releasing the builds, while we chose BrowserStack accessibility …
BrowserStack provided similar features at a lower cost than any other platform. All features surpass those of our competitors. Support from the BrowserStack team is awesome.
In my earlier organisation, we used the lambda test for application testing. As I transitioned to NSE, we all decided to use BrowserStack, so we are now utilizing BrowserStack for UI testing. I thought, 'Don't explore more testing tools for testing the application.
Jira,Zypher scale-I feel choppy with these as they are big and so many unnecessary things which are not for my purpose Lambda test- poor customer support service late response, no real time device support based on my needs, not cost effective.
Browserling is good but only have basic features and require manual efforts to do all the testing. It doesn't output much detail that my org required. LambdaTest cost doesn't match the output from the app, also it's not feature rich as BrowserStack.
Percy by BrowserStack was a bit easier to use and more technically advanced than LambdaTest visual testing tools. I also felt Percy by BrowserStack was more commonly used and trustworthy of a product.
Applitools was the most technically advanced for visual testing but …
As compared to lambdtest I think the BrowserStack is ahead in terms of UI/UX and the performance and capability for the use of app live and live features. I think BrowserStack is expensive as compared to lambda test but it performs better. I think lambda test is confusing for …
BrowserStack outshines LambdaTest with its vast real device cloud, faster performance, and reliable support. It offers superior browser and device coverage, seamless integrations, and unmatched scalability. We chose BrowserStack for its robust features, proven reliability, and …
BrowserStack provides User-friendly UI which helps me to easily use the tool and also configuration via code is easy, we have to just add the config JSON and update the devices there on which we want to automate. Realtime view of the app is a plus point, reporting is also there.
I found Browserstack's website very informative and their documentation much more detailed than the other products I tried to explore. Also one more aspect where Browserstack stood out for me for other similar vendors is that they provide a 100 minute free trial for any newly …
LambdaTest is a lot faster and has a lot of devices than its counterparts. They also provide a wider array of options for testing browsers and devices. Testing has been more efficient in my experience when I was using LambdaTest than with BrowserStack or any other emulators. …

We chose LambdaTest over BrowserStack and Sauce Labs because it offers a cost-effective, easy-to-use, and efficient cloud-based testing solution. While BrowserStack has better real-device support and Sauce Labs excels in enterprise automation, LambdaTest balances affordability, …
When comparing LambdaTest with tools like BrowserStack, Testsigma, and BugBug, LambdaTest stands out with its affordable pricing and rich set of features like geolocation testing and smart analytics, making it a solid choice for teams that need a balance between functionality …
While BrowserStack is also a well-established platform, we found LambdaTest to offer similar and even better features at reasonable pricing. LambdaTest is more cost-effective than BrowserStack. LambdaTest provides a free forever plan, while BrowserStack does not. Even manual …
The reason I have selected LambdaTest is that earlier I have used BrowserStack in my workflow, but when I got to know from the industry expert about LambdaTest, then I explored it on my own, and I found that it's a very cost-effective and slightly more flexible for our project …

For less money, you get premium features as IP Geo location. In our case it was the decision factor to go with TestMu AI, in our case we have a tight budget that didn't allow to go with other cloud device vendors. It has been great the balance between offered features and price
It was a choice out of my hands as based upon budget, but overall the products are very similar, I understand that LambdaTest offers a cheaper option providing the same functionality
What I love most about LambdaTest is the real-time device testing. It makes it so much easier to spot specific issues across different devices, something that's usually tough when you don’t have access to a full range of physical devices. So as compare to the competitors it …
LambdaTest has been a better choice because these platforms lack in many features like the third party integration, availability of number of devices, and most importantly its quicker than all and thats the most important aspect which led to switch LambdaTest, They also provide …
When comes to performance Lambda'sTest keeps it high, and it works seamlessly across all different models, versions which we choose among mobile or performance aspects. Cost efficient which makes affordable to go with quality on the mind. Deliverables also on time and no …

It is very reliable and can provide great results for all the stakeholders. Access is very quick and there are wide-array of devices that can be used to provide a robust application. Having limited resources on a remote setup really helps users to complete task with this …
BrowserStack is very useful if you need to troubleshoot a client's reported experience from using an older device or browser version that you do not own and can not personally replicate in-house. For instance, if you are in a Windows environment and your client has a Mac, or if you have iPhones and they have Android. It's also great for ensuring that above-the-fold content is presented effectively across a variety of mobile devices and optimizing visitor experiences. If you are a small business with lower client volumes where these services are needed, then the price point may be high.
One day, I needed to test a specific issue that was occurring only on Pixel phones. I turned to LambdaTest, quickly identified the problem, and was able to fix it. There hasn't been a situation where I felt LambdaTest didn't help, it's my go-to solution for testing, as it solves many problems.
Tests Android and iOS on real devices on cloud, without the need to purchase the devices.
Run Maestro tests and other frameworks on real devices, reporting the errors to be fixed to developers or the test workflows that failed to the QA team.
The quality reports at the end of the tests are really good, because they contain videos of the tests being performed on the devices. So, not only text, I can check the behavior of the application exactly how it runs.
The documentation needs to improve for browser edge cases, such as "approving permissions automatically". There are several "solutions" posted, none of which worked. I needed to go to Discord to get the real solution.
Documentation in general seems to provide answers that are unclear or flaky
There needs to be a more reliable way to programmatically choose device, platform, and window size by being able to query a 'plan' endpoint instead of just 'failing the combination.'
It's almost the 3rd year for us and it's renewal time for us. So yes, we are already discussing how many licenses we need to increase as users are increasing internally. So it's 100% sure that we are already planning renewal this year as well BrowserStack with live and app automate.
The reason i have given the 10 points becasue the problem LambdaTest solves is providing access to all devices in one place, allowing developers to identify the same errors they would encounter on real devices. This makes life much easier, especially for developers who regularly face cross-device functionality issues. It's a big plus point that positions LambdaTest as an all-in-one solution.
So many options that it can be a little overwhelming, but the core functions are easy to find and use and it's usually not too hard to figure things out for the more complex tasks. Very easy to boot up a device and a specific browser from the dashboard to begin a manual website test.
Because of the ease of use of the platform, we just save a lot of time and effort with this as its a feature rich solution, we just need to upload app binary once and for everytime we need to test on a different device we can just directly install that binary on the device without the pain of reupload.
I rated BrowserStack's availability a 10 because it is consistently reliable, with minimal to no downtime or unplanned outages. The platform is accessible whenever needed, ensuring uninterrupted testing. Its robust infrastructure and proactive monitoring ensure a seamless experience, allowing us to meet deadlines without delays caused by availability issues and all
The tests are fast considering the fact that they're Appium tests. I've seen tests reliably pass or fail when they're supposed to, with next to zero issues on the BrowserStack side of things. Tests launch only seconds after I kick off them off from my CLI.
I've not had much direct interaction with the BrowserStack support team. The help and community are great and we've not run into any issue that has really required us to reach out. I guess having a stable and easy to use system means you may never need to contact support.
The customer support team is very active and cooperative. Once, I contacted them in their off timings because of an issue, I got an instant reply from the executive and he resolved the issue very efficiently. This is why we have been using LambdaTest for more than two years. It is best suited for us.
Yes, it was online training on meet, and trainer looks like skilled and technical strong, he has covered end to end all the features and he has answers all the queries. because of this trainings we are able to implement it by our own in the organization, thank you for support and training.
It was a quick training from the support of browserstack, it was nice and easy to understand, thanks again for the support given by the team. and regularly I used to receive mails for training from support for any new feature they launch, I was able to spread same training to all my team and dev.
I rated the implementation satisfaction an 8 because while it went smoothly overall, there were some challenges during the initial learning phase and integration with existing tools. Key insights include the importance of providing sufficient training upfront and ensuring seamless integration with other systems to minimize disruptions and improve adoption speed.
BrowserStack is simpler and more user friendly than Sauce Labs and can be easily learned by any individual who is new to it and does not require much efforts. Also, BrowserStack is more trusted by the clients that we offer services to, and is always considered the best option among others.
While BrowserStack is also a well-established platform, we found LambdaTest to offer similar and even better features at reasonable pricing. LambdaTest is more cost-effective than BrowserStack. LambdaTest provides a free forever plan, while BrowserStack does not. Even manual testing plans are better priced than BrowserStack’s. In terms of UI and onboarding, we found LambdaTest more user-friendly as well.
I may not be the best person to answer this as I am only using it for 1 department and at 1 site but will still try my best As far as Scalability for Devices for Mobile Automation is concerned, it gets a Solid 10, as the users can run cases on upto 10 device parallel and also have the best choices of devices to choose
Browserstack improved our internal confidence level when it came to signing off on testing
Browserstack improved the confidence level of our clients by decreasing the number of bugs found during PVT and providing an entry level opportunity for our clients to perform UAT using the same tools.
