Likelihood to Recommend If you need to find a test candidate for your client quickly, this is one of the best ways. Pull yourself a hot list of a couple hundred potential candidates and load them in to CallFire. Then get ready to hit about 50-60 calls per hour. You should have a great test candidate for your client in about 24 hours! It's amazing how quickly you can show your clients the true speed of your company.
Read full review Zipwhip is well suited for many scenarios. Not only do we save money and time with integrations with other programs we have, but we can follow up with a client regarding a trip, should we need further information. A client makes an online reservation and we receive a notification. While we have most of the trip details, the number portion for the drop-off location is missing, so we can reach out directly to the client via Zipwhip and request this information. All aspects of the booking can be done online and with texting and without emails or calls, which is often what many clients who book online prefer. Zipwhip has improved its images/ photos which is fantastic as we use this to send vehicle images to clients, which helps secure bookings. Our employees also use it to send us images of receipts, vehicle engine warning lights that may come on, and other issues (such as a client who may have left a mess in a vehicle). We're also able to send clients documents too, which is great. Obviously, if we have a client with an issue or who is upset, texting is not the best platform on which to address their issues, but it helps us to assess the situation/ issue and gather information before we call the client in person.
Read full review Pros CallFire provides detailed analytics that show what/when callers select within the phone system The text message broadcast feature is a game changer. This allows a company to dispatch text campaigns with specific calls-to-action, with tracking analytics. The voice broadcast feature allows a mass automated message to be sent to client phones. This saves a lot of time when the same notification needs to go out to multiple clients. Read full review API to allow triggered text messaging. Tied to a direct phone number that people can also call. Easy to track a conversation in a thread. Read full review Cons The services are easy to use and robust, but there is room for improvement. Unfortunately, not much has changed over the last 2 years of use. There haven't been any new features or innovations in that time. API integration and automation is not easy for most folks to jump into and there is very little technical support or documentation to take advantage of such features. The standard reports are generally sufficient, but there isn't any customization or intelligence available. Read full review I would like the quick-use app that pulls from the taskbar to be able to hold more characters- It can only do 250 while the main screen can do 600. The ability to send video through this program would significantly enhance its functionality for us. Read full review Usability It was very easy for users to use, straight forward, and user friendly. The desktop app is very basic but easy to reply to an incoming text, but the user had to know to allow Chrome notifications to see new incoming text via the web browser, which is how they mainly used it.
Read full review Support Rating Swift response time, multiple people have been willing to help with any issue, really anything you could be looking for from a service standpoint, they offer.
Read full review Alternatives Considered CallFire has a pricing structure that is attractive to us as a small business. The "pay as you use" options helps us keep our overhead low, especially with so many softwares already in our tech stack. It's a tremendous value for the cost!
Read full review Zipwhip is just a little bit more user-friendly than
AliveChat because it allows you to text people on more scale.
AliveChat has a great website chat function, but its texting platform is a little more clunky than Zipwhip. Zipwhip is a little more expensive but definitely the better product.
Read full review Return on Investment I sent out a broadcast message pretty deep in our data base, well three years out. I had one customer come in and buy thanking me for contacting her. Our holiday season was up 35% over last year, this year we used CallFire more than we did in the past.
