Meaning I say things that are definitely not problematic, but they get marked that way. Needs to be easier to locate certain parts of a call, maybe by a more powerful word search. This isn't a problem for 30-60 minute calls but is more challenging for longer training sessions that last 3 hours. Read full review Support times are iffy. We've had slower replies and resolutions to issues since they acquired Sigstr and now support both products. Display advertising generally has low ROI, in part due to "banner blindness". If you're not continuously developing engaging creatives, you're going to see very little return with this platform. Their UI needs serious work. Some options are locked after you move to the next screen in their campaign wizard (nothing should ever be locked in draft) and unless they've recently changed it, you can't delete dead draft campaigns - just archive them. There are a few serious discrepancies in the analytics when it comes to identifying which end companies have people who have viewed your ads (i.e. Microsoft has huge numbers because Azure is their product). I had high hopes that the speech-to-text feature would be useful for getting call notes/next steps, etc documented. But due to the limitations of the software, these things would take longer using Chorus than if I just write things down manually - disappointing.
Read full review Support Rating I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.

HubSpot when we build emails by placing the banner image with a link in the bottom of an email, it's just a more manual process. I can't recommend any other solution over Sigstr, they own what they do and don't try to reach in their product marketing and I respect their product for that.
