The time saved by not having to search a prospect's LinkedIn profile, but simply see data in the CRM is awesome. Conversica is a good platform for us when used post event. It takes the Inside sales work out of following up on cold or potentially non-responsive leads and still allows us to create touchpoints with the leads. It has also worked fairly well as a follow up for media downloads on our site to gain additional interest or segmentation variables.

Clearbit is like other products that I use and the biggest challenge I have is getting it to work with the programs I want to use. I would love to have all my programs flow through something like Clearbit without a lot of programming and API juggling. The majority of the time it provides quick, accessible and easy to use information about the company and contact information. This has really helped us to personalise our outreach while also making it faster to prospect accounts. I don't give it a ten as this information can be inaccurate. Including the LinkedIn link which sometimes re-directs to old LinkedIn accounts, or just the wrong one. This seems to be caused by not updating the information regularly enough (just a feeling, no evidence)
Tool is extremely powerful but comes with a heavy price tag. As long as we close more than 30 deals with year with Conversica's assistance it will be an easy choice to renew. If we don't we will have to figure out if these funds are best spent in other lead generation places.
Clearbit is very easy to use. Any new joiner can self-onboard, self-learn in matter of hours, if not minutes. Its integration feature within Hubspot and also with Salesforce makes it easy for marketing team to use it every day. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful to resolve issues within few days
The team has been extremely helpful and works with us one on one with issues we come across. My main issues with the service is it’s outward interactions with us since purchasing the product. They have not proactively checked in to see how our is doing with the product.
Our CSM is great and always willing to help us try new ideas. She's always aware of what's happening on our account and will point out anything abnormal. She's also constantly looking at ensuring that we're making the most of everything that Conversica has to offer. Even though they're out of my time zone, they accommodate it meaning that I don't have to work out of hours to get support.
It takes a minute to get set up, but once you're good it doesn't take a ton of effort. I'd say we took 4-6 weeks to get lists built, people trained, things installed and the rest of the setup. Not the easiest thing, but far from the hardest software that I've ever installed that sits in Salesforce.
