Contract Monitoring
Comparison of Contract Monitoring features of Product A and Product B
Concord is honestly suited for all types of organizations because the software is flexible in its application and very easy to implement. In addition, Concord offers exceptional customer service with professionals who will work with you to ensure success, whether it be through training, problem-solving, or even finding ways to engage employees to maximize the benefit of the software. Most appreciated about Concord is their willingness to listen to their users to constantly evolve with new features or added functionality based on customer feedback.
Many of our international students studying at our institution are financially supported by their parents in their homeland. In other words, they rely on their families for payment of their class fees. So, Flywire makes international payments convenient by making payment by visiting our college website and finding the Flywire payment option. Some prefer this method over credit card payments or by wiring money to the student's bank account in the U.S., which creates a whole additional step in making payments.
Paypal is great for personal payments as well as business payments for ecommerce of for paying monthly memberships. It is a user friendly software that needs little expertise to get used to. For larger payments, the fees become high therefore it is more suitable for payments of upto few hundred dollars.
PayPal offers me the option of converting my currency deposited in my account to another currency, so I can complete all kinds of payments and send money to employees who are in another country for business reasons.
The mobile phone application is too fast, I can make payments to my employees in a matter of seconds without having to wait for the web version to load.
Scheduled payments are great. PayPal allows me to add a list of contacts to my PayPal Business account, and after adding the contacts, I can schedule payments for a specific day and time. It's easier to make automated payroll payments with PayPal.
Make it easier to find the templates from any page
Improve the search function--it's sometimes difficult to find specific documents when searching
Change back to "limited editor" and "no editing rights" when sharing documents; the new term of "viewer" makes it seem like nothing can be edited at all
Sometimes the UX flow would not deliver the customer back to our site, leaving orders in limbo "Pre-approved" status. The customer would call days later asking why we hadn't shipped it.
The PayPal logo on the checkout page can be kind of large and obtrusive.
They mention new features and programs on their login page, but it's hard to find any details on them deeper in the software.
Concord is extremely user friendly and saves me so much time! How else would I be able to manage all of the contracts for 9 different agencies all by myself?!?
I gave it a five because it was the closest to a neutral response. I have not had issues with Concord and have not had a reason to contact support, so I don't have an accurate opinion here. From my conversations with our legal team, it seems they have been able to work with the support team at Concord to get any potential issues resolved in a timely manner.
Customer service representatives were unable to explain why customer in Australia were unable to make payments using our link. It turned out that customers in Australia must create an account. PayPal's user interface did not reveal this to our customers in Australia. There was plenty about this issue appearing in online forums and PayPal customer service couldn't explain this. This change in PayPal's usability happened between April and May of 2021 and was done without notice to vendors (like us).
I would rather not compare apples and apples nor apples and oranges, and just share Concord has been an excellent Contract Management System for current organization.
PandaDoc, DocuSign. Honestly they all seem to work for what we were looking for, but Sertifi was a good price and an easy implementation, our use case was probably too basic to really find holes in any of the products in the space because they all seemed to be able to handle the basics that we needed.
I don't think there's really any competition here. There's Venmo (also owned by PayPal) who is now offering business accounts, but it still isn't quite the same. The closest thing in terms of ease of use would be Apple Pay or Google Pay (and there are a handful of others out there, but we offer Apple and Google Pay). As a business, I prefer Apple or Google Pay to PayPal Payments, but we offer either Google or Apple Pay, PayPal, and credit card options and PayPal is always right up there with credit cards. I don't foresee us ever getting rid of PayPal Payments as an option, but we do try to only offer it on request for higher ticket items or high dollar installment purchases.
Great feedback from end clients - prior to Sertifi, we were manually creating PDFs and documents as well as mailing them for signature. This new process has increased our return time incredibly!
Prior to Salesforce, potential recipients were sending emails in as requests that were being tracked in an Excel spreadsheet. Now we have the process automated where they can submit everything online, a document get auto-generated and auto-sent out 10 days later. We've saved SO much time because of this newfound efficiency!
