Contracts are a big part of our business, and being able to create tracking and dashboards for this has made our contracts process so much smoother. Also, being able to integrate docu-sign means you can do everything through the system, rather than having to go back and forth and duplicate things.

I think Insightly is a pretty good option for anyone looking for a database for their contacts. The different plans allow for a small number of contacts to a larger number for bigger companies. I'm not sure that really is a database that is completely perfect for everyone, but Insightly does a great job of covering at least a little bit of everything which makes it relevant to a lot of industries. I would say that if you are a really tiny company, this probably isn't the best software for your contact.

- Creatio's client success team is super. The team is collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-driven. We have weekly meetings with the team. They show up prepared with solutions/ideas to business requests and they are clearly engaged.
- Creatio's infrastructure team has been critical to our ability to execute our cloud strategy. They have worked with us to set up our testing and production environments within Azure, assisted in testing, and are responsive and flexible to our unique requirements.
- Creatio has been very flexible to requests for customization. We have taken their low-code out-of-the-box solution and "Ringlerized" it. The benefit for us is an application that meets our niche business needs.

Insightly offers a great product; it's the right fit for our company at this time. We were, however, considering moving to Contactually due to their cost effective automation features. However, they lacked the project management capabilities of Insightly. As our company grows, we would love to stay with Insightly - and if they can nail the automation and add the ability to customize a little bit more, it would be the perfect solution for us. For a larger company with a more involved sales team, you might find the metrics/reporting to be a bit basic. Insightly offers great customer service even to free customers

Insightly cannot store large amount of data as it has limitation of storing large amount of data and that requires a lot of effort. It requires great amount of computation time as well to perform territory and customer segmentation analysis based on algorithm used which leads to delay in delivery of projects.

Reports can quickly be made, including custom fields.The website response has always been quick to load and has never been unavailable when I have needed access. Support is really good. Maybe it is because we had a dedicated support manager. But still, all issues were resolved timely. There were too many at the beginning, but now when we solved most of the problems we contact our support manager mostly before the updates. We have a testing platform to test all updates.

We're very disappointed with the technical support Insightly has to offer. Firstly, there is a lack of proper training modules or technical resources available online, even with a strong community of users. Then, their support team is highly unresponsive and so slow in getting a speedy resolution to your problem. We have faced issues in the past and it was almost impossible to get in touch with their support team. On the other hand, during implementation, their support team was great and made sure everything was set up properly and smoothly.

The only missing thing at this time that would make our implementation complete would be a tighter integration with Xero allowing us to send quotes and report on quotes from Insightly!Xero has, excuse the pun, ZERO reporting on quotes sent!!!They are both very good products, however it's the little things that make good GREAT!

The user-friendliness of Creatio was a big selling point along with the low-code initiatives, both of which were important to our business. With Salesforce, unlimited wasn't really unlimited. You couldn't deploy an on-site instance and the overall cost of the system far outweighed the ROI. These are all things Creatio offers, out-of-the-box.

They do offer the usual CRM things we needed, on top of which they also support workflow automation, email management as well as marketing tool. (+) Being able to download my LinkedIn connections was a huge benefit. (+) I use the task function to stay on top of my follow-up activity which is another positive feature. (+) The sorting capabilities also help me pinpoint the contacts that I need to stay on top of.(-) When I add a new lead from an existing organization, I would like the organization's information to automatically populate the fields like address, website, description. I enter all that information manually. (-) My mass mailing experience has been tedious due to the email function being interrupted and crashing due to bad email addresses in some of my records. (-) Many of my leads do not have current email addresses. I wish Insightly offered a tool to help find email addresses. I spend too much time researching to find email addresses.
