Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I supervise a program that makes follow up calls to persons leaving residential treatment for substance use disorder.
As our clients discharge, they sign a consent to contact. We enter them into the 'pipeline' as new 'Leads" and after they complete the initial survey they are converted to an "opportunity". We are able to track them through Insightly. We are able to add notes about each contact call made to keep a record of our contacts with them. It has been extremely useful for our program. The initial set up of the program went smoothly and we have been happy with the tech support. If there was an organization who wished to set up a program like ours I would definitely recommend Insightly. This have made our program a success from the documentation to the monthly reports and the ability to work with all the data elements.

  • Ability to have data summaries at our fingertips.
  • The helpful Insightly staff we have interacted with through customer service and technical support.
  • The ability to ensure people listed as contacts are integrated into the 'leads' or opportunities.
  • This is difficult for me because there are so many ways to utilize this program.
  • My only other comment is that I need to learn more!

It works very well for the purposes of our program. It is a wonderful way for us to enter clients into the system and track them.

Using Insightly

3 - Everyone that uses Insightly are working on communications with client who have recently been discharged from substance use residential treatment. We utilize this platform to 'track' our contacts with each of them.

Insightly Implementation

The technical support we received from the Insightly team was fantastic.

Insightly Training

The Insightly team did a great job of walking us through the system and training all the staff. Each time we had a question they set up a time to meet and went through all of our questions or issues. They have been very good at addressing any concerns we had.

Insightly Support

We have used Insightly for almost 2 years now. We have always been able to get in touch with support for a variety of reasons and they have never disappointed us. The support staff have always been very understanding. They have assisted with answers to our questions and have provided great tech support. We would highly recommend them.

Yes. When we first purchased the product, we had a guy that spent a lot of time with us. He helped us set up the system tobe able to fit our needs. He was great! Very patient and spent a good amount of time with us.
