Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We mainly use it for project management, monitoring and capturing lead info and for the CRM aspects of the program, in particular email storage and sharing. We find that the email links are useful so everyone knows what has happened with a particular client and can pick up where the other person has left off.

I don’t feel it’s very customisable, if it is the options aren’t clear enough to allow for this. You can switch between list/grid views but they’re not very helpful and a cleaner design would be beneficial. Also not a fan of the orange and white design, a dark mode would be preferred.
Tasks can be assigned to whole teams or individuals. It has helped to make sure that everyone is doing their bit towards a project. This is particularly useful in a work from home or hybrid workplace environment as it’s an easy way of tracking how something is going without having to contact someone
I've used Google Keep to make to do lists and to keep notes of tasks I need to complete. It's basically just a sticky note system so to use something like insightly is much better and I am less likely to encounter any issues such as missed tasks as I get a reminder to do things

Very good for project and task management as tasks can be assigned to the appropriate team or person with ease. The ability to view a project’s progress could be improved however as only when you dig deep into the project can you see how it’s progressing. Better viewing functions would help for this scenario.

Using Insightly

15 - We have a variety of uses for insightly throughout the team, this ranges from Project and task management to storage of email communications and files and the main use for the wider team is use of the CRM system to log client communications so everyone can see the information if required.
15 - As an organisation we take equal responsibility for training each other and providing support on an ongoing basis. We do have a few users who have a better knowledge of the product but we try and upskill each other as an ongoing process. The product isn't the most straightforward so IT support is sometimes required.

As a team we find it's not the most user friendly piece of software. We do however all recognise the need for a system like this to help log client interactions and task management. I feel we would consider to renew but we would look at other options also before making a decision.

Product features is the most important factor to us as if it's not fit for the purpose we need then it is irrelevant if it has a good reputation or not. Each business is individual and therefore for us if it doesn't suit our business needs then we would look at a different product.
I wasn't involved in the initial selection process but if I was to do it again I would like to see more demos of how we can use the full functionality of the entire system. I feel we currently only use a small part of the software as we need more information about how to use the rest of it.

On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the overall support for Insightly? If you have never contacted support for this product, please skip this question. Not used, it so opting to skip this question as I am unable to answer it. I do know it's available though if needed to. Won't let me skip so opted for a middle rating
I don't know which level of support we have but I know it's something that business wide we would very very rarely use and therefore I suspect we haven't purchased premium support. If we have it probably is something to review as we either should use it more or not have it
I haven't used insightly support so I cannot answer the question - Can you describe a time when Insightly, Inc. provided you with exceptional support for this product?

Other users I've spoken to haven't used support either so I have no knowledge of how good the support is from insightly
