It is best suited when you don't want to just spray and pray kind of a scenario, this helps in targeting just the right people for making a sale. You can search people based on industry, function, level of seniority, geography, designation, etc. Mostly there are no scenarios where it is not appropriate in particular, if you don't want buyer intent data then in that case it is expensive and you can look for other options.

Our account team at TrustRadius is superb. They are an extension of our team provided strategic recommendations on how to truly make the most of our partnership. We saw lots of internal shuffling amongst our Customer Advocacy team and the TrustRadius account team was the one constant that kept our efforts moving along and they were able to share historical data with us to help us improve.

  • in my opinion having to split usage between United States and International does not make sense on why this needs to be done....recommend eliminating this
  • need for improvement on error resolution....when an error is found the D&B resolution team is EXTREMELY difficult to work with...very clunky and automated when there is a need for personnal interaction

We definitely see the value in peer review platforms like TrustRadius. Being able to hear from our customers and partners and share that information across the organization is very important to WatchGuard. I really see working with TrustRadius as a partnership that has been beneficial for both organizations and is continuing to prove very successful

It was easy to integrate, pull data and reports from, and really easy to customize the design to fit the branding of our site. I found it easy to show other team members how to use. Our whole team was able to get around the system to fit their different needs

The support is really great, we have a regular meetings scheduled where our AE is very helpful in supporting our marketing activities and getting more user reviews. We are also well informed about any news regarding the TrustRadius for Vendors awards and new features. Whenever there was any issue, it was quickly solved thanks to proactive approach.

D&B Connect allows for a huge array of data values to choose from. Tamr is limited in that it only assists in identifying duplicate data records and highlighting the most accurate record from among the duplicates based on customizable filters.

The only other review platform that we pay for is G2. TrustRadius for Vendors is very highly regarded in the space (if not the most highly regarded), and I would say it's equivalent to G2 on the capabilities and customer service side, aside from the fact that it garners higher quality reviews. I do believe it is a bit more expensive, though.

  • The product is expensive but the data provided is good to an extent and a big sale can help achieve your ROI.
  • The data accuracy sometimes can be bad leading to bad domain reputation.

  • TrustRadius for Vendors has been a great spot for prospects to view all that we have to offer. We have noticed a lot more traffic on our profile since we started our premium subscription
  • Intent data has let us target a new group of individuals that we hadn't been advertising to before.
  • I would like to see an increase in conversion rates. So our conversions on the page have remained the same, unfortunately.
