Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We pay for subscriptions for some of our select products. We mainly use the platform to source reviews from our customers through email campaigns (which TrustRadius executes for us) and through other channels that we manage. Our main goal is to rank highly among competitors in each of our key markets and to maintain an overall great rating for each of our products with quality reviews that influence the purchasing decisions of prospective buyers. We also leverage review content & recognition on our social channels.
  • We can add ample materials to our paid and non-paid product profiles.
  • Their new lead webhooks feature.
  • Our CSM is extremely attentive, organized, and proactive.
  • The search bar on reviews.
  • How customers are asked if they'd like to be opted-in as references when leaving a review.
  • I would like to see ratings and reviews separated out - the ability to just see all ratings and all reviews.
  • We can't necessarily track ROI on this, but TrustRadius for Vendors has definitely influenced many buyers at some point in their purchasing journey.
  • Webhooks would help us track some of the above & when we get them set up, I'm sure we'll see many new leads coming in.
  • We just signed on for Buyer Intent, so we will be able to speak on this later on.
We just purchased it so we can't report on any results yet!
On TrustRadius for Vendors we generate much more in-depth and longer reviews in comparison to other sites. TrustRadius reviewers also tend to lean more toward the developer side, resulting in more technical reviews. We typically only leverage short review excerpts on our social channels, so I wouldn't necessarily say that the way we use TrustRadius quotes is much different than other platforms.
Our CSM is incredibly organized, every meeting has a clear agenda, and she promptly sends us overview meetings with actionable items after- she’s really good at circling back to items I may have forgotten about, so I never have to worry. She is a joy to work with! Our account manager from TrustRadius is also always in our meetings as well, so it's great to have multiple points of contact at the business + different viewpoints.
The only other review platform that we pay for is G2. TrustRadius for Vendors is very highly regarded in the space (if not the most highly regarded), and I would say it's equivalent to G2 on the capabilities and customer service side, aside from the fact that it garners higher quality reviews. I do believe it is a bit more expensive, though.

This is a great platform and is among the most popular/highly regarded in the B2B tech peer review space. Sometimes it is more difficult to garner reviews on this site, because the default review form is longer than competitors', but this also results in high-quality review content in comparison. We pay for subscriptions for several of our products and our team at
TrustRadius is extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond and are always
innovating new ways for us to grow our presence on the site. I also like their recognition program, as it makes it easy to demonstrate our success on the site to leadership and to our customers/prospects.
