If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the …
We found the contact data from Apollo.io was more reliable than Instantly.ai. We used Instantly.ai for about 6 months before stopping our use of it. Growbots doesn't give you as much volume for the same price at Apollo.io. However, we did close sales with Growbots, and we did …
Compared to ZoomInfo, Apollo.io offers comparable data coverage at a fraction of the cost with a more intuitive interface. Against Common Room, Apollo.io is more outbound-execution focused while Common Room excels at signal aggregation. Warmly serves a different real-time …
We liked Apollo.io's interface and easy to understand pricing structure more than the rest. We also felt that Apollo.io's value was higher as it included a lot of other features that we currently aren't taking advantage of for the same if not lower price than its competitors. I …
Apollo.io's ability to push contacts directly through our CRM makes outreach a breeze. The pricing has been our biggest decision factor, I've found it to be the cheapest with the same if not more features. I've used their competitors in the past and I always opt to use …
Apollo has everything with in it and does not require any extra integration and extra tools to be purchased to manage emails, pipelines and does not need to depend on excell sheets for managing everything. It increase productivity and also help me getting right party contact …
We've evaluated ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, and HubSpot Sales Hub as Apollo.io alternatives. Apollo.io won out with its unified interface for lead gen, AI messaging, and analytics—reducing tool switches, costs by 30%, and ramping up outreach speed. No other matched its …
Apollo.io is usually better than saleshandy and Lusha because it does many sales tasks in one platform. Lusha is mainly used to find contact details like emails and phone numbers, and saleshandy is mostly used for sending cold email campaigns. Apollo.io, however, combines both …
Apollo is much better than lemlist because it gives you more comprehensive offerings in terms of CRM, automated messages, and the UI is much easier and better.
I consider Demandbase One to be a more enterprise and mature account based marketing solution. It has a lot of features that are helpful, but only if you have the team, the plan, and the budget to take full advantage of them. I often recommend that clients start with a more …
I have only used Demandbase One so far, but I have heard from other colleagues that they prefer this tool over other tools they have used in the past. The only comparison I can make is doing it manually, which makes a massive difference, so I recommend a tool like Demandbase.
I'm not sure what other products our marketing team has evaluated or currently uses, but we are also using Drift for insight into website activity and live chats. They're similar in that you can track engagement but I've found the reports are a little more finicky. They also …
They are different in many ways, but I like the Demandbase One platform best, because it gives us a better representation of what the ABM accounts are doing, by giving us a score representing the data of the last 30 days instead of real time.
I think it complements the service, not directly competing. Both are great prospecting tools that help improve overall productivity which results in eventual increase in sales and revenue. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is important during prospecting, in terms of the details of …
I have used Marketo much longer and know how to do a lot more in that platform so I prefer that more at the moment but am willing to grow in my knowledge/ use if I can understand more how to better utilize Demandbase and be more cost effective and efficient.
Truly, I have not used anything super similar to Demandbase One, which maybe is why I am so blown away by the services. I have not used a platform that truly shows who is interested and backs it up with reliable information. At my past B2B tech company, there was some sort of …
Demandbase One was more economical and feature-rich. The interface was also intuitive to use and all the key features were part of the core package like the journey builder, intents etc. So no hidden fees or long term contracts to get the essentials
Ideally, you can organize your list of potential clients based on various criteria, such as business unit, economic sector, location (by country or city), company size, etc. I have tested this with companies in my country and confirmed that the results are genuine, provided the contacts are verified. Demandbase One is well-suited for ABM Marketing, providing intent-based account details, account scoring methods, and understanding account intent. It also enables creating a list of accounts and individuals for retargeting based on specific filters. Easy to integrate with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and multiple other channels. Advertising through the Demandbase channel is more effective for advertisers who use retargeting with the intent list.
Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding
'Call Prep' - a list of industry-related questions to ask my prospects during the phone call to enhance trust and credibility as a business partner.
Regularly scrubbed email and phone numbers of prospects. The verified direct-dial mobile number is GOLD. You may be able to get some of these elsewhere by paying extra with a separate standalone service. Having this integrated has improved my workflow, saving time from switching in and out of different apps.
The family tree of organizations is particularly useful for targeting enterprise accounts that often come with convoluted company shareholding structures.
'Challenges' and 'Trends' - information to engage prospects during conversations.
Relatively inexpensive service for a decent current awareness service. They have added little in sales functionality in the past year as they focused on building a marketing version of the product. Except for the addition of broader European coverage last spring (thin Equifax records), the database was static over the past year.
There is a learning curve with Apollo.io, but it's not overwhelming. There's simply a lot of functionality, so it takes a bit to learn the navigation and feature set. I wouldn't let that scare you, though, as there's an AI chat to help you find what you're looking for.
InsideView was extremely user-friendly. I was able to quickly understand how to efficiently use the software and get the most out of the service. I only had a short time to quickly learn how to use the functions offered by InsideView, and I felt confident within the first day of my understanding and ability to successfully use this tool.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
We had an intro session with a customer success rep and were given a rundown of the platform and it was absolutely perfect. The rep was able to show us advanced search options and shortcuts that cut our search time.
Implementation is trivial. This is a cloud based solution. it is easy to identify companies and execs for alerting.Users looking to use the connections tool must download from social media and Outlook. They then have to upload the files to the platform. While they support custom sales triggers, users must define the key terms which define the event. Users must then wait several hours for the system to build the alert.
If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the Apollo.io extension works a lot better than ZoomInfo because ZoomInfo always gives you a lot of errors, and sometimes it doesn't work or load. For the most part, Apollo.io does, and I never have an issue with the extension as well.
We selected Demandbase based on their premium B2B DSP, their integrations with third party ad sites and our CRM and tech stack. Their intent signals and ability to integrate the data we have in Demandbase to GCP through their DataStream product to build our own models and leverage in our own dashboards has been extremely beneficial
Apollo.io has helped me find a good set of new target audience for the business that I am in, essentially helping me build a prospective line and grow my lead database by 25 to 30% where I lack a certain skill
The Apollo.io quality of the data that it has is significantly better through other competitors like Lusha and others
In terms of the revenue increase, there have been certain instances where I have found a new acquirer that essentially I would not have found in a general scenario and that has help me generate from the new identified lead
