DISCO Ediscovery vs. IBM Process Mining

It's user-friendly and very intuitive. It has many capabilities that are out of the box, and it does not need to do any workaround. Also, there are many ways to do the same thing which is great when we are in a rush and how a user learns. Attorneys are loving the Case Builder function. I am happy that we can streamline processes and get to do more of what we love to do versus being bogged down by tedious steps.

at real time use I found is easy to use. if your algorithms is up to the point then you can extract a strong data accOrding to your strategy .which required for your R&D.and after using process Mining we converted passive clients into active and now were delivering them best service.

• I like that problems are detected before they become serious, it is a relief for us to have software with a great daily impact on our system.

• Allow bates labeling to be completed at ingest
• Providing a guide for load file ingest and remediation of load file errors
• Availability of predictive tagging in matters with smaller production than is currently necessary
• Improve ability to review and summarize medical records
• Ability at ingest to break up a single large document into individual documents for review, whether through a manual or AI-driven process

• It is not software with good scalability, I do not see improvements in its very advanced constants in its updates.
• The central structure of this tool has made it difficult to use.
• Everything works as it should when it is implemented for the development of new projects.

There were some customer service issues in closing a project, but generally the service has been helpful to our needs.

I think it is the best process mining software that can currently exist, others are similar, but do not meet our expectations, we will use it for a long time, it is a system that makes us productive with minimal manual effort, the quality of the results they are amazing.

The initial integration/configuration is complex and hence takes time. Once integrated it is very easy and nice to use. We can have the analytics with a very user-friendly dashboard. It provides detailed information which helps in finding causes and hence in improvement. I would say it is a very nice and user-friendly tool.

I've never had a problem with the support team getting back to me re my questions or assisting me in a project.

We have received all the detailed documentation and requested information even on Friday evenings. The tutorials and examples are great for starting the implementation and optimizing it a long the way to the required custom internal needs. If needed, there is also the option to book a consultation with an IBM specialist which can recommend the proper processes of implementation.

I have used proprietary in-house software at a litigation management firm. The in-house software allowed for documents to be processed and coded in order for the end-user to run a report that met the end-users parameters. DISCO allows for documents to be ingested, and for those ingested documents to be divided into review stages. The reports that DISCO allows the end-user to run are far superior to end-user reports of other in-house systems

• DISCO has saved our clients tons of money in hosting fees, as well as hourly fees in time spent reviewing documents.
• With DISCO's search capabilities, a review that could take weeks or months by many can be performed in days or weeks by fewer personnel.
• With DISCO, actions that previously had to be contracted out to a vendor can now be handled in-house at a much cheaper cost.
