Dubb - Video Communication Platform vs. GoTo Meeting

Although it is an extremely diverse platform with many use cases, I have found it best suited to creating a message based on a specific marketing strategy and being able to reach people at scale. While it offers adequate CRM functionality in most cases, if you are needing a more robust CRM it might not have the functionality you need.

I provide regular training as a big portion of my job. There is weekly training with an infinite number of users in attendance on any given date—GoTo Meeting is not the best option for this because I would have to mute users as they join the meeting. However, I also provide frequent training sessions to a small number of users that feature more individualized content, and having them able to mute/unmute at will is a better fit for a smaller group with in-depth materials.

• Very simple to use. When I'm considering a new tool, it has to make my day easier. Not add frustration to my day.
• Includes personal branding in multiple places.
• I really like the Presets. Before I realized presets were an option, I was spending an additional time adding CTAs. Now I have presets for each category. And I can add specific videos to each preset.

• Excellent audio and video quality.
• Functional and easy-to-use screen-sharing feature for product demonstrations and presentations.
• Possibility of recording meetings that we can later review and share with those who could not attend.
• Possibility of managing the microphone of the participants in host mode so as not to disturb the entire event.

• I don't see how we can easily change the order in which videos are displayed on a showcase. It seems to default to the order in which the videos were uploaded, from oldest to most recent. That being said, I have not brought this up to the Dubb team yet; usually if something makes sense and can be done, the Dubb team figures out how to make it happen.

• We occasionally experience slow performance during screen sharing.
• The help center should have detailed tutorials on commonly asked FAQs and also to initially set up the profile.
• One of my initial thoughts regarding recordings was to edit them in the future when the product changes.

It's our favorite tool. It continues to get better. It gives us the opportunity to make a passive income for an outstanding product. It makes marketing fun and much easier since talking is much easier and more enjoyable than writing is. Plus the open rate is through the roof. In a world that has become almost completely virtual, it allows us to give a personal, in-person touch.

We used other software like goto meetings but found it best because of its user friendly interface and easy interfacing. It helped us in COVID and now we can say we are depending on it and love it. We recommend it to our friends company and they are also using it. It is very affordable and easy to integrate with system

In 1987 I fell 3 stories and was in rehabilitation and surgeries for 2 years. I broke my arm and type with one finger on my right hand. I love that I can do so much with a video quickly than I can with typing. I still type plenty, however, if I can launch DUbb and record a video I will if I have a choice. Easy to use and makes a huge difference in my life. It's the one solution that has made the most impact on my life as far as my business is concerned

The simplicity of GoToMeetings desktop, mobile, and web-based applications make it a very robust and user-friendly meeting solution. At times, it may be more complex than needed, but it is nice to have so many features that can be used if needed. Once installed, it is very easy to use and navigate.

They have three webinars a week for onboarding and Q&A purposes! They have a very active Facebook group, they are very active on email sending quality content for the growth of your initiatives. Only for support, I would get started all over with them

When we have issues, they seem to respond quickly and do everything they can to help us. They have even tried to find other ways we could get more use out of their product, or improve the way we are currently using it. Overall, their support has been fairly good for us.

Dubb - Video Communication Platform's technology works. The other company's built-in video recording capability resulted in a very low-quality output (video), and Dubb - Video Communication Platform is built for business owners and marketers, which is a better fit for me, personally.

Many times, it seems like GoTo Meeting requires less bandwidth to run. We noticed with a few test machines that if you have over twenty video streams, this product could handle the load better than if we used Microsoft Teams and had many video streams.

• I've had challenges with screen recording. In my experience, the audio has cut out numerous times, which results in re-watching my video (which takes time) to see where the audio cuts out and then having to re-record (which takes more time too). I now use a different platform for screen recording because of this experience.

• Any collaboration app these days are now a great addition for those organizations which have more than one office and they need to collaborate with each other.
• GoTo Meeting can contribute to cost savings by reducing the need for extensive travel, accommodation, and related expenses associated with in-person meetings especially in case like us as we have multiple branches.
