Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We've used GoTo for internal (remote) company meetings as well as client meetings when it's more convenient and expedient than traveling for face-to-face in-person meetings, which can save a lot of time yet still give you the more personal touch of seeing who your speaking with.
Pros

Cons
- Maybe do away with the password system. Anyone with the meeting link should be able to quickly click and enter the meeting.
- Especially through the pandemic, having a tool like GoTo for client meetings was a lifesaver. We couldn't have survived without that face-to-face contact.
- During the pandemic, using GoTo to have impromptu workplace "happy hours" kept us connected as a team which was invaluable to the company.
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
GoTo is right up there with the more popular Zoom. There is really not a lot of difference between these two platforms. Zoom can get bogged down with needing multiple meetings at the same time with our company so we'll opt for GoTo as a back-up. The Microsoft Teams version was always very problematic for various users-- trouble connecting and staying connected. We tried Teams very briefly and ditched it for GoTo.

Yes - Google Meet was glitchy and many had trouble connecting.

The most important feature is always how quick we (or a client) can jump on a meeting without any hassle or connection issues.
We always look at every option out there-- and re-visit from time to time-- to be sure we are getting the best service for the best value.
