Echobox Social is well suited to publishers and media organisations who are publishing daily online content that needs sharing across social platforms. It works best if your social media objective is driving traffic to your articles/website. It would be suitable for both small and large organisations, as it allows multiple users with different access.

Twitter Counter is the best tool for surveying your brand's and campaigns' performance. It gives a good statistical analysis. This analysis of tweets will help you to grow your account, determine when to tweet and what to tweet, and help you with overall growth. Though it is little difficult to understand (you have to navigate through all the features to learn the tool), once you learn it, it is easy to use. It will help you understand the market requirement.
Echobox automation is invaluable; the fact that it can intelligently automatically schedule articles within seconds of these being published on our website saves us a huge amount of time
I find the AI message option particularly useful when rescheduling content. Although it does not always pick out the best quote, most of the time it does a good job and again saves a lot of time
Having the option to schedule content immediately as well as in a specific time-slot or day is also very useful

Something very comfortable is that you do not have to open another account, just with the username on Twitter access to the tool and you can see the evolution of the profile every day, I can see if the number of users increased or not.
In addition, I can observe data of my followers, the data of who I follow, and something very important: I can see my tweets and compare data.

Since I'm Brazilian, and our whole team is based in Brazil, would be great if the whole platform was translated for Portuguese. There are no many English speakers in Brazil, to be honest. That would make it easier

Inaccurate Prediction: Twitter predictions are usually ineffective. For instance, Twitter Counter has always wrongly predicted the number of Twitter followers we will gain from a Twitter campaign or at a certain date.
Poor customer support; Takes an average of two weeks to get a response from Twitter support. There is also no Live help desk team to talk to when you need an immediate assistance.

Because I am totally satisfied with Echobox service. I find it balanced between the service itself and its cost. Compared to its competitors, it is, without a doubt, the best product for small publishers. It only lacks in a greater and more efficient management of statistics which, at the moment, is absent. I will definitely renew Echobox!
it is not complicated to use, ideal to have an image of the account, in a short time. You can predict the future if you consider that you have a good strategy.

Setting up can be complicated but their team was on standby to help us with that. The interface was a bit stiff at first but once you are all set up, you won't need to do much since most of it is automated and the more complicated things can be cleared up with customer support.
in general it is a tool not very complicated, it is more difficult for those who do not master the English language, but even without mastering the language in its free phase you can immediately interpret the data it offers.

When there have been problems, they’ve usually been resolved very quickly. Some issues have occurred such as not being able to download images or posts not going out when the service has crashed, but they’re also very open to feedback. The option to download pictures loaded into the feed stories was my suggestion; saving us time creating new images and getting the posts out quickly

Echobox AI function (the ability to decide when is the best time to share a post) is a [game-changer] and also the UI is cleaner and easier to use. I found Hootsuite confusing and complicated. It has too many windows and also doesn't pull the articles automatically. There is no comparison really, Echobox is miles ahead.
I've used AgoraPulse and Hootsuite for analytics in the past. For a small organization that needs to keep a relatively tight budget control while still being able to delve into its analytics over the past year, Twitter Counter has the edge over AgoraPulse and Hootsuite. Both require much higher monthly payments for analytics that cover that length of time. Twitter Counter doesn't try to be an all-in-one solution, and in that regard, it stands out for reporting, especially for smaller organizations that do not need the full functionality of more expensive AgoraPulse or Hootsuite packages.
