FileBound vs. SurveyMonkey vs. TrueContext

Filebound is great for documents that have been archived or not needed on a day to day basis. It serves it purpose as a storage/filing system to digitize any previous "hard copy" filing system. But for the day to day accessibility, I find other programs to be more responsive and quicker to use. Also, In order to use or edit any document uploaded to Filebound, you currently have to re-download the document onto your computer to edit. If the editing capabilities were streamlined for quicker response that would also be a plus.

SurveyMonkey is well suited for external, professional, client-facing forms and complex question types. I've tried generating forms on HubSpot, and it's not nearly as intuitive or clean-looking, and not all question types are supported (e.g. Likert scales). For quick, internal forms that don't need to be as pretty or professional, I find that Google Forms is the quickest and easiest to pull together, especially since it has a single, universal respondent link. If I wanted to embed a link in a mass email, SurveyMonkey doesn't allow multiple respondents to use the same link on my plan.

Prontoforms is suited for complicated business needs that are able to integrate seamlessly into one of the out-of-the-box solutions available. For simple recording to a spreadsheet, pdf, word document, database, etc. without any additional integrations, better (and in some cases free) solutions may work. For custom integrations, cost and effort may get expensive.

• Filebound is easily to upload documents onto and file into the proper location. You can easily find a file on your computer and have it uploaded within seconds
• Filebound gives you customization so you can create your own folders, criteria needed to file and search for uploaded documents. You have options of file types, names, certain fields of information to display when searching for files.
• Filebound allows you to download and print your saved documents quickly for future access. There is no limit to how you can use your scanned documents

• Searching for Documents. Filebound does not allow you to look in differing file types for a specific document. You have to search each file type individually. And we have found that spaces or symbols are needed in front of the entered search information in order for Filebound to do a more broad search.
• You cannot move uploaded around, if you have more than one scan in a file. Once they are uploaded into a location, you cannot move it, you can only delete it and re-scan it into the proper file.
• If it was possible to simply drag and drop a file into Filebound to start the upload process, that would save time.

• I would like to have more customizable options for branding it to our hospital colors. Some survey options allow you to enter html color codes. SurveyMonkey allows you to change colors and you have to pick from selected options.
• Embedding the surveys into a webpage, like WordPress is not as seamless as other services.

Compared to other competitors in the market (including a few I've used internally), if you're looking for a survey application, this one does the job and it's quite inexpensive too. Considering the fact that it comes with a handy mobile application too (on iOS and Android), you also get flexibility thrown in the deal too.

It does everything a survey software should do, and it does it very well. I can't speak for how well it would work for a business that was surveying tens of thousands of people - but for a small business of 50 employees with a couple of thousand clients, it does everything it needs to do.

As Prontoforms markets itself as a low code, user-friendly drag and drop solution, it definitely excels in the area of user experience. While those who are more on the technical side will appreciate the standard options available as part of its custom integration tools. The learning curve has never been an issue.

I've never had to contact the SurveyMonkey customer care team directly, but they have a pretty good library of help articles on their website. Everything from designing and executing your survey to account and billing questions. I never had a need for further support from Survey Monkey.

The customer support for pronto forms was great for me in the only instance that I have had to use it. I called the phone number for ProntoForms customer support, they were quick with the correct answer for me and very reassuring.

SurveyMonkey is easier to customize and provides much more in depth analytics. SurveyMonkey also provides better templates providing us with a better presentation to our employees. SurveyMonkey also comes with a more trustworthy platform that ensures confidentiality, which is incredibly important to our employees and means we're getting more reliable results from the surveys.

We looked for versatility of product and cost effectiveness when trying to choose vendors. Even though the product can be set up by the user or administrator, the more complex parts of the form required help to be done right. Vendors needed to be able to offer their services to get this done in a timely fashion. ProntoForms hit all the marks. We looked at other vendors and they just couldn't replicate or form closely enough.
