Any SaaS company that needs to measure and track the health of client and user accounts will find the data provided by Natero extremely useful. If you have a support team that is tracking tickets, to-do-lists, etc. across different platforms, you'll be happy to know that you can consolidate most of those existing workflows into Natero, making this a single platform for your CES team to keep things running smoothly.

Zoho CRM

Using Zoho CRM alone or with minimal integration is the best way to use it for medium-sized businesses. It is ideal for customer management and lead generation, and it's a software service, so it's not reliable for privacy. FOR EXAMPLE, ZOHO CRM is ideally suited for simple CRM sales processes for a single company. The APIs are not well-tested and may have problems from time to time. It is less expensive than Salesforce or Salesforce Pro, but it supports fewer third-party integrations.

  • Make set up more self-service. We are changing a lot of systems, and it was challenging to have to coordinate every item with Natero.

  • It may be a bit overwhelming to navigate since there are so many choices available. I found it difficult to connect some possibilities to current relationships. We discovered a solution but it took a long time.
  • It has all of the functions that one could want, and even more. There's nothing significant missing, but there's a lack of social integration and service glitches depending on use and availability.
  • Its pricing is far out of line, and free features should be raised so that businesses may fully utilize CRM capabilities without financial concerns.

Take it slowly and meet often with your team to solicit their feedback. Listen to what they are saying so that if something is not clear, you can address it before they turn on the CRM. Also, whatever system you were one previously will not match Zoho CRM which is both good and bad. It's good as I know Zoho CRM will be better than whatever you're been using. Bad because it will require change and how you did things in your old CRM may need to be modified a little when using Zoho CRM.

I highly recommend and prefer using Salesforce over Natero. Salesforce allows me to pull in as many fields into a report as I would like, compared to 14 different fields into Natero. I am able to view and make changes to information much quicker than Natero. I like Salesforce much more.

Zoho CRM

We looked at both Hubspot and Zendesk. And we liked both of them. They had the right features and enough customization options to fit our use case scenario. But we liked the pricing and the flexibility of Zoho [CRM] more. The other really major factor for picking Zoho [CRM] for us was the fact that we were already using Zoho Desk and planned on using Zoho Campaigns. Integrations with those two [products were] the deciding factor.

  • Great ROI! I enrolled in Zoho One which is about 1/4 the cost of another CRM I was using with far more functionality.
  • Awesome features! I've been able to manage 95% of my digital needs in Zoho which is a great time (and money) saver
  • Learning curve pros & cons. I was able to get up and running pretty quickly but there are SO many features & options I feel it will take me a while to take advantage of all it's capabilities
