GetResponse vs. Kajabi vs. Systeme.io

GetResponse is perfect for small to medium businesses. For a large business, it certainly could be used in some areas. One example would be for clients that are looking to get started with email marketing. I would not expect it to run a business as Salesforce or Keep. However, GetResponse is robust enough and has a solid suite of tools that would serve a medium or small business quite well. And of course, if a company is just looking for an email marketing solution GetResponse would be ideal. And to go even further, depending on the level of service you use, GetResponse has the potential to do things you might have been using separate tools for. Building funnels, the ability to host webinars, building landing pages. It's all there and it is priced very well.

If you need to create a self-paced course, Kajabi works well, if you want something complicated, and want to check homework and communicate a lot with students, Kajabi must be used in complex with other resources like Slack and YouTube. But anyway it is a good platform to create a digital course.

I can NEVER recommend Systeme.io. I paid in full for 1 year in January hoping I can have my funnels and my blog transferred by the end of the month. After all, they claimed in their website that on average, migrations takes 17 days. BUT No! Today, on September 10th, my migration is still not complete! My content is not transferred, I'm unable to use the service. I asked for a refund in the beginning of September, because over 9 months later they have not completed the job, preventing me to use the service properly. They said no and kept my money. You would think that at least hurry up to complete the migration faster and not frustrate the customer further? NO! My content is still not transferred (Sep 10) And their excuse for the delay: it's my fault! From May 17th to Jul 10 I did not reply to their last email (which contained no questions btw), so they canceled the migration. Why the transfer was not complete from January to May 17? Why they did not finish it from Jul 14 to September 10th? They don't like to talk about that. It is my fault and they don't take responsibility

• Email creation—A simple interface and a variety of tools make it easy to create very attractive emails quickly.
• List building—GetResponse is ideal for setting-up and using any number of segmented lists/
• Forms and landing pages—These tools are also fairly strong, however, GetResponse (ironically) does not provide responsive forms for mobile, which I would think would be an urgent problem. They have so far not addressed it.
• Customer support—Customer support via chat and email is strong. It's disappointing the company has pulled the plug on live phone-in support.

• Kajabi's community feature is fantastic. Love the ability for people to be able to collaborate.
• Kajabi's feature that allows us to post and manage our curriculum is very efficient and easy to use.
• Kajabi also has great features around contact management that have been critical for our use.

• The email editor is kind of a nightmare. Elements don't move or behave how you'd expect, the font choices are limited and pretty lame, adding new elements is difficult or often impossible... the whole thing feels 5+ years outdated. Buggy, slow, and extremely limited in functionality.
• The entire UI feels similarly outdated and slow--just seems like GetResponse hasn't kept up with the curve of the market in terms of performance or aesthetics.

• The page builder is not as intuitive as other competitors. It takes too many click to get around the different elements and settings.
• Better onboarding mechanism and explanation of where everything is located
• I'm not sure why I need to create a event to use a simple countdown on a sales page, when I could simply choose the end date I want the countdown to go to for a specific price point offer

As I mentioned before. I believe that the platform is easy to use. Simple and easy process from start to finish. Email efficient and get to the client quickly. Catch errors that would prevent getting to where i need it to go. Overall great experience and would renew without question

We are committed to it and once we get "really good" at using it, I think it is a excellent platform and links well to Hubspot. At present, we are still just barely scratching the surface with our use of its features

The back-end system can be used efficiently and has flexibility. It doesn't have a lot of unnecessary functions or un user-friendly features. We have had no issues using the system and would continue to use it with the current functions and features. I would rate it as user-friendly yet flexible

I found that plenty of features were missing and I had to make plenty of compromises. Building Funnels was easy and intuitive. Blog articles and Emails - were a nightmare to handle. Basic functionalities were missing.

Excellent general support. However, in case of an escalation, their turnaround time over email (follow through) can go higher

The Kajabi Support people are helpful, fast and knowledgeable. I usually call in a panic - because I have lost something, messed something or am on a deadline. Sometimes we speak, or we do a chat. Always my angst is eliminated. I often thank the person for being "so patient" with me. LOL

These platforms are big complex pieces of software. Mor recently - Kajabi provides a done for you example which you can borrow and customise - but those were not available when we started.

Not the top of the heap and certainly far from the bottom. GR is arguably one of the best solutions for Home based or small shops. It is out of the box whereas some of the others are not as complete or more difficult to unpack. It lacks some features but over-delivers on others.

ClickFunnels is a great tool for funnel automation, landing pages, and lead generation but when it comes to product delivery for content creators it lacks functionality as it reality it was not meant for that purpose. Originally, we used ClickFunnels for our funnels but we found out that we could do exactly the same with Kajabi, so we migrated all of our funnels to Kajabi

• Only negative. They cleaned our entire contact list.
• We had to start over with Get Response. Now that they have forcefully freed us, we'll be redownloading our actual customer and prospect list from our CRM.
• They will not refund us. We paid for a year and they gave us 5 months. So we are also out $5,000.

• When we used Kajabi to launch new programs we achieved the ROI of our monthly investment each time.
• With Kajabi, the ability to offer old programs that have been offered in the past is easy to present to one-off customers or when not in a launch series.
