If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the …
We found the contact data from Apollo.io was more reliable than Instantly.ai. We used Instantly.ai for about 6 months before stopping our use of it. Growbots doesn't give you as much volume for the same price at Apollo.io. However, we did close sales with Growbots, and we did …
Compared to ZoomInfo, Apollo.io offers comparable data coverage at a fraction of the cost with a more intuitive interface. Against Common Room, Apollo.io is more outbound-execution focused while Common Room excels at signal aggregation. Warmly serves a different real-time …
We liked Apollo.io's interface and easy to understand pricing structure more than the rest. We also felt that Apollo.io's value was higher as it included a lot of other features that we currently aren't taking advantage of for the same if not lower price than its competitors. I …
Apollo.io's ability to push contacts directly through our CRM makes outreach a breeze. The pricing has been our biggest decision factor, I've found it to be the cheapest with the same if not more features. I've used their competitors in the past and I always opt to use …
Apollo has everything with in it and does not require any extra integration and extra tools to be purchased to manage emails, pipelines and does not need to depend on excell sheets for managing everything. It increase productivity and also help me getting right party contact …
We've evaluated ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, and HubSpot Sales Hub as Apollo.io alternatives. Apollo.io won out with its unified interface for lead gen, AI messaging, and analytics—reducing tool switches, costs by 30%, and ramping up outreach speed. No other matched its …
Apollo.io is usually better than saleshandy and Lusha because it does many sales tasks in one platform. Lusha is mainly used to find contact details like emails and phone numbers, and saleshandy is mostly used for sending cold email campaigns. Apollo.io, however, combines both …
Apollo is much better than lemlist because it gives you more comprehensive offerings in terms of CRM, automated messages, and the UI is much easier and better.
When I talk about ZoomInfo stacking up against the software that I have selected above, I'll say that ZoomInfo lacks a lot of features when it comes to the comparison of price and features. So even the basic license of Apollo provides you with email automation, LinkedIn …
Apollo.io and LinkedIn have poorer quality data, but LinkedIn can do other things ZoomInfo Sales can't, and Apollo.io has other focuses like flows/sequences. Clay can have better quality data through its scrapping capabilities
Strengths: Large B2B contact database, Strong U.S. coverage, Direct-dial phone numbers (one of its biggest advantages), Organizational charts and reporting hierarchies.
ZoomInfo has easier functionality, integration and far far more data available than the alternatives. It is more expensive by a decent margin but if that isn't an issue for a business then it is definitely the absolute best resource available for business data.
Demandbase has outdated info. No good way to export contacts. There is no sidebar; you have to use the tool on its own to find people, and the information is unreliable. It's not user-friendly. Zoom has all of that and more.
ZoomInfo Sales has all the info in one place. No longer do you need to check 5 tools to verify info! Its all available in ZoomInfo Sales so it simplifies my day to day.
Better data, better user experience. Easier to learn. Faster to export, search, qualify. It is more expensive (for us) but is so worth it for data accuracy and user experience. Customers get so upset when you call with bad data, so it helps reps be more successful when they …
ZoomInfo Sales is solid for enterprise-level data depth, but Apollo edges it out in usability, value, and efficiency for everyday prospecting. ZoomInfo Sales has broader coverage, but Apollo’s data tends to be more accurate and up-to-date for the contacts we actually care about.
In my opinion, ZoomInfo Sales wins hands down. LinkedIn might be good for growing my own business or to network, but nothing like ZoomInfo Sales in my role.
Ideally, you can organize your list of potential clients based on various criteria, such as business unit, economic sector, location (by country or city), company size, etc. I have tested this with companies in my country and confirmed that the results are genuine, provided the contacts are verified. I have found it to work best combined with LinkedIn Sales Nav. I use the filters on the sales navigation search to find people I wish to target, then use the sidebar to export individuals with the correct information into our CRM quickly. That is my bread-and-butter play as a BDR; I'm in there every day. It is also helpful to quickly check a company's revenue and employee count.
Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
With the combined resources of crowdsorced info on both data.com as well as the immediacy of info on LinkedIn, as well as intel on Hoovers, information provided on ZoomInfo is more readily available if you have the time to invest in looking for it. However, at the pace we do business, having a "one stop shop" for information is very convenient. On efficiency alone, ZoomInfo is worth the price of subscription considering our business model.
There is a learning curve with Apollo.io, but it's not overwhelming. There's simply a lot of functionality, so it takes a bit to learn the navigation and feature set. I wouldn't let that scare you, though, as there's an AI chat to help you find what you're looking for.
Overall super simple to use. You do not need any training to use it, just a couple of minutes as it is very intuitive. I love using it because it has everything in one place except cadence. The filters on accounts and prospects is very easy to use as well.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the Apollo.io extension works a lot better than ZoomInfo because ZoomInfo always gives you a lot of errors, and sometimes it doesn't work or load. For the most part, Apollo.io does, and I never have an issue with the extension as well.
When I talk about ZoomInfo stacking up against the software that I have selected above, I'll say that ZoomInfo lacks a lot of features when it comes to the comparison of price and features. So even the basic license of Apollo provides you with email automation, LinkedIn automation, a bunch of calling numbers, and workflow automation. But when it comes to ZoomInfo, the dialer part costs a different price. For the email automation part, you have to pay a different price. And yes, and also again, the enrichment feature is something where you have to enrich every contact one-on-one. There is no bulk enrichment feature available in ZoomInfo, while Apollo, Luca, and Clay offer a bulk enrichment feature.
Apollo.io has helped me find a good set of new target audience for the business that I am in, essentially helping me build a prospective line and grow my lead database by 25 to 30% where I lack a certain skill
The Apollo.io quality of the data that it has is significantly better through other competitors like Lusha and others
In terms of the revenue increase, there have been certain instances where I have found a new acquirer that essentially I would not have found in a general scenario and that has help me generate from the new identified lead
