We believe that our employees’ personal growth is key to our business success. They are passionate experts who are eager to grow as professionals and share their knowledge. We were looking for a solution that would help us support their thought leadership and personal branding efforts. Smarp was the answer — a place where our employees could start engaging conversations around the company’s milestones and the latest industry news. For us, it is extremely important to encourage our employees to share their stories and what it’s like to work at Swarovski in their own words. We didn’t want to limit our communication efforts to the messages we share through the official Swarovski communication channels. As mentioned earlier, one of our top priorities at Swarovski is to empower our employees and support their personal growth. It is important for us to enable them to contribute to the development of our employer brand. We wanted to make sure that the content our employees receive in their personal news feeds resonates with their expertise and interest. By offering a wide range of topics and letting our employees decide which ones they want to follow, we make sure that we share the right content with them — the content they want to consume
When we partnered with ICIMS in 2018, it met our needs. 8 years later, I think ICIMS can offer more. AI needs to be incorporated into its system to better service its customers. The other recommendation is that they should offer training and communicate more often with their clients. Their dashboard should also be improved to make it easier on the eyes.
It's definitely worth considering Jive for the type of application we've developed i.e. a central shared repository for all employees to host and discuss information. I can't say I have ever used a superior tool, but they may exist. I'm just not sure I would want to use it exclusively for file hosting, though. It does integrate with various other tools, so perhaps it would be fine if used in conjunction with another tool for that purpose.
The opt-out message after the 1st text helps weed out the people who are not interested.
Having the ability to have templates/answers to frequent questions saved and ready to use makes it easier/faster to talk to multiple people.
Being able to schedule text campaigns is amazing. Every Saturday I set up my campaigns for the next week. This gives me more time to focus on other things.
Presence of Russian language (localization can be independently established)
You can configure several information tapes with different themes. One for work, the second for communication
A newly-arrived network user immediately receives a prepared block for beginners. After completing several game tasks, the user will receive the basics of using Jive.
There is a template for each scenario. There is even a template for planning R&D, and there are more than twenty of them.
Integrates with MS Office, Google Drive, Google Docs
There are all platforms (even Winphone and blackberry)
We would highly likely renew iCIMS Hire because it consistently delivers strong value across our recruiting process. It streamlines workflows, improves collaboration between teams, and provides reliable reporting and insights. The system is scalable, user-friendly, and continues to evolve with new features, making it a dependable long-term solution for our hiring needs.
There are always external factors that can impact this decision but currently, the Jive platform is maintaining its lead in the market place in this area. If the innovation in this space by Jive continues, then this number will remain high. Integration with other systems and adaptability to changes in the market or in client needs will also make this decision hard to predict more then 6 months into the future
I would give it a 9.5 rating, if allowed because despite several gaps, the user's (candidate) feedback to us has been consistently within the 9-10 range, in the past year. The tool is clean, branded and efficient for the people we recruit and who apply to our job openings. It serves our needs extremely well and I for one, wouldn't replace it at the moment, given our hiring needs. It does have some reporting misses and the Mobile app is down to a 4 - however, the results we're seeing overshadow its functionality challenges
It was harder to use that expected. The admin needs to be code savvy to truly customize the system. And users need to trained on the system and the setup. Trainings and monitoring need to continue to enforce use.
There is always ample advance notice before the software goes down for maintenance and this is usually done at off-peak hours. As for system failures - I can't think of any that have effected us in over two years od use.
Uptime was OK. But there was one day that the system crashed for a whole day. Our company was unable to operate. And all the plugins to word/excel froze causing those systems to freeze.
Jive posted a statement to the media saying all customers were up, but we were not.
We can think of no dissatisfaction with our daily use of iCims, involving its response time to commands or incompatibility with any other software we presently use.
Before pandemic and iCIMS Talent Cloud acquisitions I would give 10 without a doubt. Unfortunately, I see a strong decrease in the support model, which seems to be mainly connected with the fact that acquired companies/tools/features need to be integrated with the platform, and knowledge of newly provided services and tools were not yet incorporated fully into the support.
They did an OK job when I needed them. Except for the one day the system went down. Jive pointed the finger at the hosting company, and the hosting company pointed the finger at Jive. No reliable information came to us.
I would say I believe iCims online training is very good. It's informative, visually appealing, and simple in explaining all the different aspects of iCims. I also really like the new candidate onboarding, and all the other training curricula you have up to be able to inform or send out to the candidate. I like you can attach a URL link for videos as well so you can really customize the training. I feel that overall, I would like to see more. Perhaps, more robust options with the training, if that's something iCims is expanding on in the future.
Jive online training is there. It is OK/average. I feel some other companies are doing better. It is not a piece that is required to have a successfully implementation, but it could be useful to improve it
Smarp is a cheaper and easier solution to implement than Sociabble. Sociabble provides a more robust and customizable platform that can be more tailored to your team but can be significantly harder for teams to adopt. Since one of the primary reasons we utilize Smarp is to make social sharing easy for users who would otherwise not do so, ease of adoption is a critical differentiator in Smarp’s favor. However, there are certainly use cases where a more robust platform like Sociabble would make more sense for a company.
Fully available automation, lesser bad data quality, more information is gathered at the time of applicant profile creation without having the need to ask for any follow ups or additional notifications. Integrates better with Oracle, Workday and SAP than other similar systems. Service tickets are resolved faster than other vendors we worked with.
We had a Google phone number set up before and Jive was a lot better option than that. It is more consistent and can be configured much easier and with more advanced settings. Additionally, based on the pricing as well as working with the rep on our account, it was a perfect option for us
iCims is currently pretty good and the best TAS for us at our stage of growth - but further improvement and enhancements will only help make it even better.
Smarp makes it easy to see the EEMV (estimated earned media value) your company has generated by sharing through the platform (the Ad spend equivalence of your efforts)
Smarp increased the average teams LinkedIn activity/sharing by ~50%
Smarp is affordable and often provides a positive ROI when considering the EEMV benefits
reduce amount of files/documents scattered & lost across shared drives
increased discovery, awareness and interaction of historically more separated individuals & team functions across the organisation
from an IT perspective, we've benefited from improved IT operations (e.g. troubleshooting info shared and easily searched/found with all team members - such that even junior team members can solve technical problems outside of business hours, lessening the burden for standby/call-in for more senior team members)
