Users within the business can easily track progress of mutual clients or leads
The HubSpot CRM also comes with Hubspot Support, whereby if a user is unsure of how to use a tool, they can seek support to ensure they can optimize their use of the tool(s).

Team Collaboration. In Notion's software is the ability to see precisely who is working on a project and where. This eliminates any confusion when on calls or when working on the same project simultaneously. It is easy to tag co-workers to precise moments and build conversation streams.
Text Coding. When transitioning text from our Notion ideation and drafting boards to our website backends, the coding holds on all of the text.
Organization. Whether it's utilizing a "pin board" set up or nestling pages within pages, it is possible to keep everything organized and easy to find for every member of your team.

Cons

There should be more control over who can change "Contact Owner" and "Original Contact Owner" (right now anyone has permission/access to make these changes).
HubSpot should allow more than one contact to have the same email address (for purposes of adding a 2nd contact to a company with a general email address).
There should be some additional categories with logging a call (ex. "Call Outcome" - line is busy, disconnected, out of service, etc.).

The search in Notion leaves something to be desired. It can be hard to find a page unless you know exactly what it is titled.
The sidebar and groupings of pages on the side bar can be a bit tricky to navigate.

Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.

I came from Salesforce which was so big that it became "white noise" in my day to day interactions. I often ignored a lot of workflows as their process became unnecessary in my day to work. HubSpot is great because everything is well laid out and defined. There's no "white noise within the HubSpot platform. I have my specific area of focus and I live there.

It's simply much better than them. It updates all the time and it integrates with pretty much anything else that you might need in the web to run your business effectively. It has so many features stacked together in one app, from emails to texts to calls to data to everything!

Trello only has the Kanban board feature and is great for task management, while Notion has a vast array of features, is easier to use, and has a more visually-appealing interface. I choose to use Notion over Trello due to its increased versatility and greater customization capabilities.
