Before making the decision to get ProcessMaker, we assessed different and best options in the market, which are also quite competitive. KiSSFLOW, Blueworks Live, and Bizagi, being the most relevant and ADONIS, to mention the ones we consider the most relevant and capable of …
I like that the entire suite elevates BPM to a new level. Other tools were basic replacements for Visio without providing additional value we are looking for to say time and transform more quickly.
User friendly interface with wide variety of process design and modelling features, which is easy to learn and understand. Plus, it is from a reputed brand SAP, hence clients readily accept this choice of tool for modelling.
Pharmacies are subject to several regulatory obligations, including FDA and HIPAA rules. Pharmacy teams may record and view compliance-related procedures in a uniform format with IBM BLueworks Live. This facilitates Audit tracking, ensures process compliance at every stage, and keeps audits running smoothly.
The task mining component is well suited for processes where there are a lot of steps performed in a variety of systems, particularly by a single individual on a team. It also requires a robust activity ID to be able to track an activity. It is not well suited when trying to track a process where the content is in an email.
Pros: 1. It reduces technical debt and accelerates a smooth transition, while harmonizing across data migration regions which replaces the legacy customization that are not for S4/HANA. 2. It cuts operational cost by 30% - 40% and improves SLA adherence, while process intelligence identifies duplicate or redundant approval steps when we know SAP ecosystems ties all modules together for better data insights. Cons: 1. Complicated and costly for small businesses. 2. Mature process required for better data feeding and data insights. 3. If non-SAP system data feed might cause misleading and incomplete data insights
User interface. It is clean and easy to understand. You won't get overwhelmed the second you log in.
The workflow maker. With a drag and drop interface, you can easily visualize and implement what you want on the screen. Out of all the programs we tested, this one had the easiest process maker and designer.
Ease of understanding. My biggest recommendation would be that this program is easy to access for anyone. There are complications (see negatives) but this program can be implemented quickly and efficiently, and nearly anyone can learn to use it. You will not feel like you are in the dark with it.
Location agnostic (or home office agnostic) collaboration in virtual workshops
Internally within the team or with clients, I can prepare, gather materials, and lead during a workshop or meeting with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite and feel incredibly positioned as the facilitator. Whether in real time or in an asynchronous manner.
The combination of highly adaptable and visual work with collaborative tools like forms, comments, timers, and point voting transforms it into a tool I use frequently.
Complications when you get to the more advanced pieces. When trialing, I found that the more advanced a process got, the more complicated it got for me in coding. When you begin using the more advanced features, you will find that you need to have a basic knowledge of coding - otherwise you won't go any further. This was my sole issue. Unfortunately, it was one that would have brought the school to a grinding halt if they were to ever get more complicated than they were.
For businesses looking to improve their current business processes, I think SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite is incredibly well-suited.
In my opinion, SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite excels in sectors with strict regulatory requirements.
I think SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite is the best option when teams from several departments must work together on process design or improvement initiatives because of its real-time collaboration capabilities.
I gave this overall rating for ProcessMaker due to its overall flexibility, design and ease of use for most. Examples of this from us include it being an excellent and trustworthy tool for automating processes, the abilities and capabilities for real-time process tracking and the web-based accessibility and implementation which allows for easy access and management of the tool.
I find it tedious, and of bad quality. The product does not have the maturity of an enterprise tool and yet when teething or other issues that should not be there appear the response is underwhelming. Customer success managers are meant to help customers follow up on these cases because the feedback is routinely dismissed
Training is taking way longer than expected. We have had more than 50 hours of training and still do not feel proficient enough to do anything meaningful with Process Intelligence. The Process Insights are pretty intuitive but does take a willingness to dig in and explore, but in general good right out of the box.
Blueworks Live was part of a project deal. We did not keep it after the project. We found there are many solutions offering similar or superior capabilities - the fact that Blueworks does not fully support the universal BPMN standard was a big letdown for us. The pricing also did not make sense as a standalone solution.
Before making the decision to get ProcessMaker, we assessed different and best options in the market, which are also quite competitive. KiSSFLOW, Blueworks Live, and Bizagi, being the most relevant and ADONIS, to mention the ones we consider the most relevant and capable of meeting our needs. In the end, we went for ProcessMaker because of mainly three things as described before: 1. Real-time process status tracking. 2. Metrics and dashboards. 3. Ease of use for constructing diagrams.
We were able to end the use of archive versions thanks to SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, and everyone has access to the most recent archive. Mac and Windows users can collaborate on a single document. A design tool that spans the concept phase, design phase, and delivery to engineering
The capability is robust and quite industry agnostic. It would benefit significantly with some out of the box models - e.g. procure to pay on SAP and similar. They could also develop industry specific examples which could kickstart the implementation for organizations.
It has helped us reduce miscommunication between our departments, such as production, inventory, and shipping, thus reducing delays.
Now, most things are automated; we can quickly know when a product will be in low stock.
With the help of custom charts, we are easily able to determine our best-selling product of the month and week, which helps us market according to stats.
I'm using Communication edition to introduce BPMN in my organization. I can build the first process in a short time, make my boss more confident with my job.
But, with ProcessMaker, we need more time to design code to handle the process, and without PHP/Javascript Programmer, it seems hard to work with more and more processes online.
However, IE Browser is not well supported, somewhat let the user confuse.
With the help of Signavio, we are now much more operationally efficient, which saves money and makes better use of our resources.
The software's emphasis on collaboration has encouraged innovation within our teams, resulting in original solutions and better project outputs.
Compliance is crucial for our sector. We have lowered the danger of regulatory problems by maintaining stringent compliance standards with the aid of Signavio.
