Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have integrated ProcessMaker with Google Workspace, Azure, and Netsuite to monitor requests from our over 500 retail locations to identify trends in real time. ProcessMaker is then used to delivery various reports to the management teams at each of our locations.

What stands out here is how responsive support is. Help is quick and friendly. I'm a fan of self help documentation and ProcessMaker has no shortage of that

Scalability

Integrations with ProcessMaker are seamless with its REST API and low code platform.

Usability

Very usable with its low code platform but the UI leaves a little to be desired.

In our company we do a lot of pretotyping. During this phase, many changes are made which results in evolving processing and ad-hoc tasks. Tasks that cannot be predefined or standardized are not suitable for ProcessMaker
