Cons

  • IBM Blueworks Live doesn't support integration with Hubspot, I think it should work on adding that integration
  • Integration with platforms other than IBM is a bit tough
  • Introduction UI is a bit tough to understand in the beginning

We use IBM Blueworks Live mainly for process modeling using BPMN notation, which we didn’t have before. It’s cloud-based so I can access it anywhere, and it was easy to customize with our organization’s colors and logo.

  • i love how easy it is to use and how it helps our team collaborate smoothly
  • the tutorials were super useful and made it easy to get started, even with limited experience
  • mapping functionality lets us link processes and capture metadata, which really helped us scale

Cons

  • the functionality of importing diagrams or maps is really limited
  • the reports feel too basic
  • the performance slows down when there's a lot of data
