We went from quoting time from hours to minutes or from days to hours after everyone learned its processes, but it's not really worth the time and money invested into it if you can't see those results

Salesflare

Salesflare is recommendable for any business that runs a lean sales setup with a website for lead generation, empowered with maybe cold outreach and/or lead nurturing. Mostly so for small-to-medium sized businesses: they can save a ton of time/money generating more revenue with their human sales efforts, while Salesflare does the rest of the job.

  • You can store all the information you require during the quoting process, including customer details, information about products and the adjustment made to the price of products, and the payment terms and shipment terms that will be used in the order if the quote is converted to an order.

  • Salesflare integrates with Gsuite (as well as many other email platforms) allowing me to still use Gsuite as my main communication tool but still get the full value out of the Salesflare CRM
  • Salesflare literally integrates with everything
  • Salesflare takes care of many tasks automatically for you like contact imports as well as meeting and call management

  • There were widespread frustrations throughout sales and call center with CPQ originally. But really the reason why CPQ tools are complex is because CPQ processes are complex things to implement.
  • Users today want all the flexibility with none of the complexity. It is one of the biggest challenges in my day-to-day.

The pipeline, which is the core of the platform, is very clear and full of features. On top of that Salesflare added automations, integrations, plugins and emails. You can easily get your leads there from any platform and nurture your leads until you get the deal done. I think any business can benefit from using this sales CRM.
